Great hotel, great food and great people. Had so much fun and saw many different places. Beach is beautiful. Every night is a different show, and pool is very good. There are many different activities (ping pong, volleyball etc...)❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice hotel resort with private beach and pool, ideal for family with kids. Animators have every day program , like sports activities, evening program, dancing.. Personal is also friendly. We didnt catch a good weather, but there was always something to do. Food in Restaurant could be better, but there is a lot of options.

We spend 10 days at ElKsar Resort, and I dont know how to describe feelings and everything we see there... Animation team is the best, they miss to us until another vacation...Waiters full of smiles, food and drinks on every corner... The best 10 days in our lives... Tunisia, we love you...

I am in this hotel now. the main problem is poor cleaning and air conditioning. This is a hotel where everyone has their own business: almost all sunbeds on the beach are occupied by a beach employee and then sold to tourists for money, the best tables in the restaurant are taken by waiters for money, the cleaners take the tips you left, but don't even bring towels. The sea and the location are beautiful.

Had a brilliant stay at El Ksar Resort! Room was nicely decorated and beds very comfy with fresh towels every day too. Food at the restaurant was very nice too with great variety of food all day every day. The entertainment team are brilliant! They work around the clock to keep people entertained during the day and evening! Love the foam parties too by the way which they do quite regularly! Definitely one of the highlights of my holiday! I couldn't possibly pick a favourite out of the animation team as they are all really good! They are relatable, easy to talk to and so full of positive energy! Pool and beach were both lovely and well maintained although it can be difficult to find a sunbed if heading outside from 9/10am. Their are a couple of bad points in my opinion. One of which is the music during the evening which at times is very badly mixed and clashes a lot with the next song being played. Not a nice sensation for the ears. I also thought that the adult entertainment on some nights was very loud. Especially if people want to go off to sleep earlier than 23:30 which I'm sure some people would. I probably wouldn't recommend this place for people with sensitive hearing. Despite the loudness and some bits of bad mixing though the adult entertainment was really very good and the mini disco beforehand is great for the kids. Only other complaint really is the shower temperature. I found the temperature varied quite a lot as it was going hot then cold quite regularly. Not sure if it was just my room that had that problem or if other rooms had that issue too. It might be worth investigating. Apart from that overall I really enjoyed my stay at El Ksar Resort Sousse and I would 100% come back in the future. Oh and one other teeny tiny thing and that is the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel does drop out quite a bit and is poor so if you are looking for good internet this probably won't be the place for you. This didn't bother me at all as it was so nice to switch off.

We were a family of 2A and 2C. I will try to write about the Cons and Pros. I am writing this of our experience whilst there. Upon arrival we were handed a key (literal key with our room number on) we were frog marched away from the hotel and into some "bungalows". On inspection we found our air con unit leaking and hanging off the wall and our shower had a split in the pipe which would flood the bathroom everytime we showered. The room was very dated and tired. If the rooms were invested in they have a lot of potential! We reported these faults to the very rude reception staff and were told they would be fixed. They never were. The beds are so hard it is like sleeping on the floor for a week. The food is abysmal. We are used to all inclusive food and sometimes it can be repetitive. However, this was on a completely different scale and all I have done for 5 of my 7 day stay is run the toilet. If you like fried egg, boiled edd and omelette every day your in for a treat at breakfast. Then there is rice, spaghetti, chicken and turkey With a selection of lamb bone thrown in every couple of days. This meal is served twice a day. There was pizza available which was fresh and edible. The kids and husband lived on this for the week. You cannot get water over night until breakfast. Water is not supplied in your room on arrival. There is a selection of 3 bars on the whole complex. The beach bar, a pool bar the opposite side where the pool slides are situated and reception bar. When the beach bar is closed at 6pm everyone is trying to order from the reception bar. This bar is a walk through the hotel from where the entertainment is based in an evening. To skip a queue from the beach bar in the day we tipped the waiter who kept our drinks flowing. Also the pool guy who would save beds in a morning if you paid him. (Shouldn't have to be done). But made the holiday easier. The animation team are really good and do try hard. Especially the women who run the kids club! They were amazing. However, some of them were too overly friendly with teenage girls. The photographers were the same, pushy and rude. If you did not want your photo taken they would shout at you. Then I learnt from a family I met that one of the animation team was putting good reviews for people on trip advisor!!! No wonder there is so many good reviews for them on here about the animation team. This team member then asked me if he could put a review on for me. I said no and I'd do it myself. This member then latched on to me every evening for the next 3 nights asking if I had internet. Thank God the Internet was so appalling I could not get any reception. Please note to get internet you would have to sit in reception with everyone else trying to contact home. I would do this in a morning at around 7am before everyone else got there as the band width is so small it would kick you off. The beach was ok. Could do with a good clean and it would be lovely. Really enjoyed the hotel, beautiful castle type building, lovely big gardens, food is tasty and helpful staff. Animation team always friendly and my kids had a great time. Big room which was a bonus.. Really lovely hotel and holiday we had.
