the hotel is close to the train station and bus terminal (also flix bus), but it would take 15-20 minutes to walk to the ferry to Capri.
our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door. she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc. very friendly and helpful. breakfast is great. oh, the drinks from the front desk are cheaper than those you get from the supermarkets and shops!

소렌토 역까지 가깝고, 조식 너무 맛있었어요! 덕분에 든든히 먹고 여행했네요
그리고 사장님 너무 친절하세요!! 덕분에 좋은 추억 안고 갑니다~~~ 짱!!
아근데 화장실에 문이 따로 없긴합니당ㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 방도 넓고 조식 맛있고 깔끔하고 커피포트있고 사장님 너무 친절하시고 침대랑 배게도 푹신하고 넘 좋았어요~~~

VERY accommodating The hosts went out of their way to ensure my laundry got washed and cleaned! They dropped it off locally and delivered it back for us! We also checked in at 11pm and they were calling us and making sure we were okay and waited for us for a very late check in. Breakfast also VERY good!

We stayed at the Sorrento Relais for 5 nights in May. It is a family operated Bed and Breakfast. The location was good. For example, it was close enough to walk to the train station. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the variety of choices available for breakfast and the pleasant service we received. Pasquale was helpful with suggestions for activities and I wish we had contacted him before we came. We were looking for a place at a reasonable price and Sorrento Relais worked well.

This morning I received 2 emails from ********** regarding a booking for next week. The first at claimed I had changed the dates to the end of the month, and the next a minute later saying I had changed the date to today while I am at work in the UK.Why would I dod that? I was shocked. I argued about this but they said they would cancel...and do me a favour by waiving the fee! Why had they done this? Maybe because prices had gone up since March when we booked and they didn't want to lose out. Our plans were in ruins. I spent nearly two hours looking for something else to book, but of course a last minute booking was now significantly more expensive. Of course I booked something as I can't now cancel flights without losing out even more. ********** blamed the hotel, but I notice they use them on their website and have them down as a good rating.

Staff was excellent and super friendly. on arrival they explained the parking (pre-booked (15EUR/day) and right in front of the door. check in was super easy and did even an early check-in, which was very nice of them. rooms are clean, bathroom are clean. fridge and safe available. Aircon is unfortunately not cold enough (was on 18celcius....but i am normally used to colder :-P) but all in all it was a very pleasant stay. the breakfast lady also does the check out, and she was soo sweet. breakfast, typical italian breakfast, which was very nice. location is great, and considering the price, its a good pick. all in walking distance. Wifi had a little glitch, but was fixed the next day.

Bien situé. Calme. Propre et récent. Le déjeuner inclus a beaucoup de choix. Très bon prix pour Sorrento. Cependant, on avait une chambre au sous-sol et il y avait des traces de moisissure noire au plafond dans la salle de bain. Également, il ne semblait pas y avoir de siphon sur le drain du lavabo, donc on avait des odeurs d'égout de temps en temps. Également, dans la chambre, il semblait y avoir eu plusieurs réparations mal faites au plafond. (Ancien dégâts d'eau?) Activités à proximité: Verger de citron juste en face. On peut visiter et acheter du limoncello artisanal. Potentiel piétonnier: Près du centre-ville et de la gare. Se rendre au Port se fait à pied en environ 15min. Le retour du Port est plus long puisqu'il faut monter beaucoup de marches ou faire un détour pour prendre l'ascenseur.

Hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Excellent rapport qualité-prix ! La chambre est propre et confortable. Personnel très adorable, serviable, souriant et toujours disponible ! Petit déjeuner très varié. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Me encantó esta estadía, la ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro muy caminable, la habitación amplia, luminosa, con aire acondicionado, hervidor, te y mini refrigerador disponibles, las camas cómodas y limpias, el baño limpio, ducha en buen estado. El desayuno que ofrecen esta perfecto para empezar el día, lo que mejora la experiencia es la calidad del servicio al cliente. Muy recomendado.
