5* hotel right at the entrance to Huanglong, very clean, delicious breakfast. Support booking car to Jiuzhaigou. Staff helpful and enthusiastic.

I recently stayed at Seercuo International Hotel, just across from the Huanglong cableway—ideal for early entry into the park. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, merging modern comforts. With several dining choices—from a Chinese restaurant and buffet breakfast to a cozy tea house, bar, and coffee shop—it’s easy to find a satisfying meal without leaving the premises . Great for relaxing after a day exploring mountains . Overall, it’s an ideal base for your Huanglong adventure—comfortable, convenient, and culturally rich. The best thing is they have a Halal restaurant at the hotel. 

Good location for taking cable car to Huanglong. But there is nothing available serounding this hotel, can't find a shop to take meal and walk around. No shop, nothing just the hotel and cable car station.

Excellent in every aspect, particular Reception staffs were very nice and helpful.

One of the worst “resort” that I have ever stayed. I booked a “business suite” and was given one that has a small window facing an outer wall! After complaining about it I was moved to another suite with a slightly better window view. The “resort” is in bad condition and disrepair. It is dated and deserted! The only restaurant in the resort stopped serving at 9:30 pm and there were no other restaurants around unless you have access to a car. Taxis are almost non existent at this resort. The breakfast served in the resort restaurant was horrible. It was worst than those served in some high school cafeterias ! Coffee was cold and flat. Utensils were wet and unclean. ******* does not deliver to this resort. The only plus for this resort is its proximity to the cable car to Huang Long Scenic area. The resort staff did try their best to service the customers though. Do NOT stay in this resort!!!!

Booked cause near ropeway. Front desk is very unfriendly. Most facilities are locked up. Eg the billard room gym all locked up. They only on the heater between 5.30pm to 11.30pm. And the heater is not hot. At around midnight, I can't sleep due to the cold -5 degrees. I was hoping to get a few beers to drink ourselves to sleep. Call the receptionist and housekeeping. No one answered. Went down to front desk, and it was pitch dark. No one was there. Called housekeeping afew more times. Finally!!! Some unfriendly person answered. No beer available!!!! U called urself a hotel! Worst stay ever. This one top the list!

Location is everything. Five minutes walk to cable car station. The down side is this hotel is very cold even we turned on the heater.

Very convenient ! Provide tour bus ticket for Huanglong park which is really helpful.

Everything is fine we got an upgrade due to 23rd floor aircon is not cold. Thank you we will come back again 😊

The hotel claimed to be 5 star hotel but services provided by reception was indeed atrocious. The staff seemed impatient & rude to handle simple enquiries even if it was not a busy period when the enquiry was made. The reception staff gave the perception they are only concerned about hotel facilities & anything outside hotel, they are not obliged to help. Better to stay in Jiuzhaigou as it has much better facilities than Huanglong location.

The hotel has seen better days. It was okay overall but several maintenance issues were obvious. It's a nice place but the management is not great. It's very convenient to the National Scenic Area.

First big disappointment- the bed. Mattress was so hard, that I can not feel the difference between sleeping in bed and sleeping on the floor. Second disappointment - temperature. 10 degrees outside, 16 degrees inside. No central heating available. I was provided with small portable heater, which helped me to raise temperature to 20 degrees after a few hours of working. Heater was very noisy but I had to keep it working all night. Third disappointment - breakfast. Value/price - not satisfying.

Excellent location next to Huanglong cable car station. Hotel provides free tickets for transfer bus inside Huanglong which sold out quickly. Helps save some walking. Room is clean but central heating not turned on due to low occupancy and only provides a small portable heater for the room which barely keep the room warm in mid October temperature around zero celsius. Very simple breakfast provided, carbs to fill the stomach before the hike at Huanglong.
