The hotel is not too far from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station, about 1-2 km from the station, which is convenience to continue by high-speed train or to visit Huanlong Scenic Area.. The room is big and clean. There is a selected breakfast served at 7:00. The hotel staffs are helpful. There is free transfer service from hotel to Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. However, Trip.com informed me different hotel name between during booking (Songpan Pingzhacang Homestay (Huanglong Jiuzhai High speed Railway Station Branch)) and before arrival (Songpan YangKe Homestay (Huanglong Jiuzhai High speed Railway Station Branch)), which make me confusing a little bit.

We arrived late in the evening, around 8.15 pm to be exact, but the owner know in advance as our driver has called her before, so it’s ok. The decoration is really beautiful in ******* style. There are wood crafting wall and ancient pottery displayed on the wall. Having big pot of yak hot pot is really good and yummy when it’s cold outside and we enjoy our dinner very much. Room is very nice and clean, water stream from shower is really strong and getting warm real quick. Slipper is provide from cold floor, even it is heated floor. We really have a good sleep. The next morning , owner offer a ride to the train station. Very convenient and perfect if you are looking for a place to sleep before getting back to Chengdu or another way around. We would like to really recommend this place. #ExitInTheView team

Free pick up service from the the train station. Without a local phone, the friendly police/security helped to phone the hotel. The police advised us foreigners not to walk along the highway to the hotel. The family owners are very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant and we just had simple beef noodles.

Walking distance from the station but road is unpleasant owner will pick you up (if necessary use WiFi calling). Taxis will refuse to take you because it’s not far enough. No English spoken but if needed they use an App.. Beef noodles for breakfast. Feels individual, *******, very convenient for busses to Jiuzhaiguo and Huanglong. Shower has no surround so bathroom floor gets very wet. But I liked it, good value.

Beautiful property, decorated in ******* style. Host offers free pick up and drop off at the high speed train station. The property is very near the train station. We were quite late getting in, the host offered us hotpot dinner for $188 for two of us - it was delicious and big portions.

Bathroom drain didn’t work, and the shower is at the same level as the toilet, with no divider, so the shower water ended up pooling in the bathroom. The hotel is quite a walk from the train station, but the owner offers free pickup and delivery to there. Room didn’t have a heater, but was clean other than the bathroom. Toilet seat seemed to not be wiped before checkin, since there was some residue left from a previous guest. Staff were nice and welcoming. While location wasn’t that close to the train station, it was around as close as it gets due to hotel development restrictions near the station.

The host family is extemely accommodating and kind. I was initially worried about the sudden bout of cold wave that made the temperatures drop to 4 degrees but the floor heating as well as electric blankets made the room extemely cosy. Do ask for the yak hotpot in advance! Generous portions and absolutely delightful home made flavours (non spicy). Close to the huang long jiu zhai station to take the buses up the mountains for jiu zhai gou or just under an hour didi ride to Huang Long or song pan. Do check this accommodation out for its original elaborate ******* decorations! Highly recommended!
