Good service

Staff were friendly and arranged a morning ride for me to the Huanglong in the morning at opening time. Staff were firendly. Otherwise, just spent the night. Room had nice fresh water.

It was good to stay there 1 night to visit the park …Chinese local hotel no holiday paradise!!!…but for our reason perfect…the owner and stuff where super friendly and helpful👌🏻…and we pay 20€ for the night …for me it was good in there…a bit cold but if you book a low budged hotel don’t expect a premium hotel …thanks again to the owner and stuff for their help👌🏻

Service was good with staff providing transport to cable car entrance and the train station. Within walking distance of hotel are located rivers and forested areas and also shops selling essential foodstuff.

This is a typical Chinese local hotel. It has nothing with Grand Hyatt hotels and groups. So don't be fooled by its name. So, please don't expect the Grand Hyatt standard. Having said that, the service provided was better than average . The owner of the hotel tried the best . If you have never stayed in any Chinese local hotels, then it's probably not the best suit for you. Otherwise, it served good purpose to rest our tired bodies after the half day tour in nearby tourist attraction- Huanglong

I don't recommend this foreigner, owner hotel ignored guest

酒店設施很好，商家服務熱情，飯菜舒適可口，離景區比較近，推薦住宿。

房間裏網絡不能用，一開始去的時候連毛巾浴巾紙巾都沒有。洗漱台特別小，設施陳舊，本來是包早餐和包景區接送。結果早餐就一個雞蛋，衹有一個雞蛋鹹菜，衹限一個雞蛋。最搞笑的是。説好包景區接送，結果沒有接送，位置特別偏。距離景區5、6公里，沒有在酒店集中處，單獨在一處。如果不是有早餐和景區接送服務，肯定不會定他們家。他們家就是用各種服務吸引遊客，完了到了啥也沒有。第一次給差評。沒有的服務就不要説。而且還是打電話確認了有沒有景區接送服務。但是第二天早上説沒有

和老公一塊去九寨黃龍玩，店家還不錯，早上有早餐，免費接送景區，總體感覺挺好的，忘記拍圖了，就送上景區圖片吧

老闆娘人很好好 提前幫我們開地暖 雖然去的當天很冷不過好在酒店有電熱毯 睡覺是不會冷的 他們家的氂牛火鍋也很香很好吃 好評好評好評

酒店非常乾淨和温馨，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情友善，免費接送黃龍景區入口（雖然離景區不遠），店內自己燒的農家菜也是一絕了，再次感謝有温度和有愛的君悦大酒店！————上海遊客趙先生

大晚上到達，老闆很貼心讓我們直接在酒店用餐，氂牛菌湯鍋絕絕子，正好趕上鎮上辦喜酒，還送了我們一大碗羊肉湯，天冷吃的暖洋洋的，很滿足。房間地暖加電熱毯温度絕對夠了，不會冷。

房間設施很差、飯菜價格高得離譜，－言難盡。早點簡單的不能再簡單服務態度一般，不會再推薦友人去他家。

衞生還可以 一樓可以點餐 停車方便，有地下停車場，位子比較充足 有電梯，附近有些酒店是沒有電梯的 總體還可以
