Excellent hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and decent breakfast. Bathrooms toilet needs hanger or hooks for clothing. Excellent service from the reception manager. MS Zhuoma, giving very good tips on where to go around ancient city and food recommendations and arranged hotel transfers.. will visit again.

The location is in the heart of the city. There is no lift if you are not staying on the ground floor.

Love this hotel so much. The receptionist helped us with everything we need during our stay. Very clean and smells good. Just walking distance within the ancient town.

The service was awesome, Galam was super helpful, she gave us a free breakfast upgrade as well as a free ride directly to songpan station. The atmosphere was outstanding, the courtyard in the middle of the hotel plus with the freezing chill weather was worth a 5-10 minute appreciation. I had a great time here in this little town in a valley.

Booked a standard room and a suite and both rooms were great! The location is just inside the ancient town so you have access to lots of food and shopping. Butler 卓玛 was also very helpful and friendly throughout the stay~

Service was excellent and there were free drinks, fruits and snacks. Within minutes walk are lotsa of eateries and shops.

The environment is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the customer service staff provides excellent service.

The hotel is new! It’s very comfortable and the services from the front desk is excellent. Especially the staff named “桌玛“. She took the initiative to upgrade our room as it’s a non peak period now. Provided use with breakfast too. Ultimately, the hotel is well located in the ancient city, providing a unique experience. With the cleanliness and comfort provided, this hotel justifies one of the best choice in this city. Highly recommended.

Booked the hotel for my parents, it was a great experience with friendly staff who checked in with my parents regularly and even offered them a ride to the nearby train station. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a good stay because of the excellent service and care from the hotel receptionist. She took care of the weak heating in our bedroom and arranged transport for our needs. The fruits platter provided each night was very thoughtful.

Hotel location is very convenient, right by the ancient city wall. Hotel staff is very friendly, I had got bad reaction to the high altitude and the hotel staff had been running around to buy meds for me. Me and my friend had a great time staying at the hotel and would definitely recommend to others who intend to visit Song Pan!

九寨溝旅遊，前一晚決定到松潘古城看看，在攜程上找住宿的地方。根據以前的經驗，對設定在古城內的民宿，因為先天條件和改造限制的原因，一直會比較謹慎些，看了點評後，感覺古城一號院比較靠譜，就選了這家。 來之前心理還是有擔心，像是古城裡的一般民宿會有的浴室排水和味道的問題、隔音問題、採光不好、發黃的被褥和毛巾等、到了之後，這些疑慮都消除了。酒店感覺還比較新，整體設計很有質感，可以感覺出老闆有某種程度的追求。衞浴間用的門和隔板桌是我映象最深刻的地方。 因為淡季，前台幫我們升級了房間。寢具使用起來都很舒服。 在到達前一天，管家卓瑪就主動聯繫加了微信，交代了注意事項，過程也都提供很好的幫助和服務。對於用心的酒店，我必須給予高度的肯定。

酒店就在松潘古城內，應該説酒店是松潘古城最好的酒店民宿了，我們這次一家人去九寨溝遊玩，高鐵抵達後先在松潘住宿一晚，預訂了兩間房，第二天再租車自駕前去九寨溝。總的來説松潘古城值得強烈推薦，酒店各項服務也很好，給我們免費升級了房間，服務員態度很好，唯一不足的地方就是作為南方人，我們不太適應酒店悶熱的暖氣，即便把窗户打開了，還是覺得悶熱。

酒店位置環境都很好，在古城裡，房間有地暖，免費的飲料小吃很多，裝修風格和古城格調契合，最重要的是服務管家卓瑪，從入住前、入住中、離店，全程貼心服務，超級熱心，推薦入住，內容純手打，不玩虛的
