Grupotel Club Turquesa Mar

First time with TUI Blue & firstly I must say we're impressed. This trip was an attempt to prolong our summer with a late Oct half term (Halloween) getaway & it ticked all the boxes as the weather was generally nice & sunny ☀️. It was the last week of their season here but the crew still exuded amazing enthusiasm & professionalism. The building infrastructure is a very adequate 4* and is kept spotlessly clean & tidy with comfy rooms. Particularly suited us as we had the separate bedroom + lounge kitchenette which was very spacious & afforded privacy within the family. But the true highlight of this place is undoubtedly the staff. From domestics, to waiting staff, bars & entertainments. Everyone was totally amazing & focussed on their guests satisfaction. Special mention to the kitchen team too as the food was varied, plentiful & of a very high standard. I'd seen on previous reviews that the head chef was getting some good kudos, but not for a minute did I think I'd be mentioning him myself. As a pescatarian I enquired hopefully if the amazing looking immense paella might just contain the plentiful & obvious seafood, but alas he confirmed there was also meat so not for me...... Not too bad because there were numerous other yummy options I could choose, but the team must have clocked my disappointment & the next day the head chef presented me with my own personal seafood only paella version (see pic). Does it get much better than that? Entertainment team also very refreshingly better than anyone has any right to expect. The shows were amazing for kids & parents alike - highest quality with some real stars. All of this resulted in a tangible aura of happiness & relaxation across all the guests here. I chose this place based on it's higher than average ratings, and they tell the true story & are 100% earned. Got to give the management a big nod - all aspects aren't this good without some focussed people behind the scenes. Thanks team ❤️

The Hotel was amazing location great beautiful palm trees on the island the staff was helpful & friendly always smiling with Hola ( Good morning in Spanish ) The food & drinks great especially banana liquor my favourite I love the downstairs bar open from 12 -6 & snack bar Walking distance to the shop and the marina, The indoor pool my kids loved as the pool outside was cold for them. The only issue we had was when having a shower, the floor would get wet quickly. I had to put towels down. Safety hazard, possibly a leak on the seal? Definitely, I would return. I love the island, but I was sad to leave as it was our first family holiday aboard.

On the whole, a lovely hotel. Beautiful environment, good food, good atmosphere and clean! Staff in all areas - maids, reception, poolside & restaurant - were friendly & helpful. We found the gym a little disappointing - some of the equipment in need of servicing or replacing. And we were disappointed that no tea or coffee was provided in the rooms - from waking up until the start of breakfast felt like a long wait for a cuppa! But everything else was great A fabulous bit of coastline to walk, & we enjoyed swimming in the turquoise sea!

The hotel was really good, lovely size apartments, 10 mins walk from Marina in a lovely quiet resort. Beaches nearby are lovely. The pool was brilliant, entertainment team very good and food was good. We have just returned from a great 10 days there.

We are just back from a week here and had a lovely time. The pool was great and you could always get a bed. Every member of staff from the bar, cleaning, restaurant and crèche were lovely! I think you need to say hello and remember they are human too. They were all friendly and the crèche were amazing with our baby. Lina, the Irish girl and the dark haired girl (sorry didn’t get names) were all so lovely and really gave us a couple of hours to chill. They had the crèche set up with new activities daily and we received a parcel with all of the artwork at the end of the stay which was a nice touch. The area is nice with a nice marina but not a lot to do for young kids. The restaurant is good and catered well for allergies. You just have to ask in advance if you need something. Only down side I’d say is no outdoor eating which was disappointing and the dining experience was very warm. The rooms are cleaned and spotless daily with fresh towels which was great. One of the best TUI blues we have ever stayed in. Where do I start. Wow. This is our 5th Thi blue we have stayed in around the world. And this one is by far the best. We have young children 5 years and 11 months. And suited both. The room was amazing perfect for young children, cot available, fridge in room and got cleaned everyday. The pool was perfect clean and always enough space. Indoor pool was perfect too. The food was FANTASTIC. The best all inclusive food we ever had. Great amazing service from the waiters and chef always a smile. And soooo clean too. The hotel had a baby lounge which was fantastic for our youngest. My oldest used kids club and LOVED it so easy to book on the app and what a perfect way for them to make friends. The staff in kids club were truly amazing. And had my 100000% trust. Lastly save the best till last the entertainment!!! WOW the best entertainment we have ever had at a TUI blue. All the staff were amazing, there hard work it’s unbelievable and truly loved everything about it. Ivy TUI rep was also fantastic. I’ve never stayed at the same hotel twice but we definitely will be back. Thank-you so much for the most wonderful holiday we will remember for a life time. You’re all amazing.
