Vits the Somnath Gateway

We stayed in VITS Somnath Gateway for two nights. The moment you step through the entrance, the grand statue of Shivji imparts a sense of awe. The decor and overall vibe are beautifully crafted, creating a captivating atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and generously spacious, and also came with a temple view. Special thanks to Mr. Amit Jagtap, the GM, for assisting us in sightseeings and making our stay memorable. Food options are extensive, featuring a diverse selection of freshly prepared dishes to suit every palate, the spread of variety was both impressive and delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, service was attentive and efficient. The elegant ambiance of the hotel, combined with impeccable hospitality, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful & Nice Hotel, located in bypass Road Somnath. Excellent & very polite and co-operative Staff. Hotel rooms are spacious, very neat & tidy. Hotel rates are so reasonable. Kamat Resturant is attached to hotel, Nice & tasty muti cuisine breakfast. The front desk Mr Gopakumar Pillai is very polite & co-operative, nice attitude & helping nature. Good spacious room. Bathroom is a little small. Could’ve provided a shower screen. Consider placing bath soap. The shower gel doesn’t suit elders. The restaurant next to the hotel is very good. Gujarati tali was very good. The staff treated us well.

Name of the hotel is great. Its like NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHHOTE. Check in took long time, its old type entry into register all details. We arrived after 11 PM. There was nothing to be served for eating. We have to search restaurant outside to fill our stomach. Room service negligible. Breakfast spread was very limited and service was poor. We stayed for 1 night 28th Dec to 29th Dec-23. It was too expensive @ 6500/- per night.

Very comfortable stay..with welcoming staff..very cooperative people working..well maintained..very clean..food at kamat was really awesome...made as per taste..staff was also very good..service was also up to mark...will surely visit again and recommend others too
