I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. PROS :- ****AIRPORT SHUTTLE (you need to book it in advance, i would suggest book it a day before) ****Nice and clean room (clean bathroom) ****BAR and Restaurant downstairs( serves some good pizza and drinks) CONS :- ****SURPRISINGLY, UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF( If you dont speak Italian and you call them for some information than they will just cut the call. same with email, they do not answer) **** As soon as you check in your room, make sure to check all amenities ( mine did not had slippers and toothbrush) and they are very slow in providing stuff you need. ****Biggest problem was that the shower was getting clogged while taking a shower Overall rating : 5/10 Will i book this hotel again ever? the answer is NO. There are many other hotel options to explore from near the Malpensa Airport.

We recently stayed at the Dolce Milan Malpensa Hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience! The location is perfect for those with early or late flights—it’s close to the airport, and the free shuttle service is a huge convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and resourceful, helping us with all our requests and even letting us leave our luggage after check-out, which made our travel plans so much easier. The only downside was the challenge in getting in touch with the hotel before arrival. Thankfully, Trip.com offers a free call option to the hotel, which helped sort things out faster. If you’re looking for a convenient airport hotel with great service and don’t mind a bit of patience with communication, I’d recommend the Dolce Milan Malpensa!

Great option for a layover in between flights. 10 mins from the airport via the free shuttle. Just need to call and book in advance

Friendly and well Accomodating Staff. The Food at the Restaurant was great. The only thing is that you just have to walk like 20 minutes from/to the train station. Otherwise my experience at the hotel exceeded my expectation

Hotel for one night near airport if you have fly early morning or you arrive very late night. Near to Malpensa Airport with Bus service hotel airport airport hotel. Hotel and reception very helpful and professional ... Restaurant and Bar quality acceptable for our needs. We suggest hotel if you stay just a night.

At least 15 mins from the terminal but good quality hotel.

Did not get to stay. But hotel did not offer a refund even due to urgent travel changes.

Service is great but hotel is old and rooms are smelly from the walls. Which makes it hard to breath, I have been coughing since the moment I woke up. Not many restaurant options around, you’ll need to walk to reach town center
