The Sierra de la Tramuntana is a Unesco World Heritage Site and offers wonderful places with different routes adapted to all levels and ages, both in the mountains and in the countryside, by the sea or inland. Our holiday home is located above the village of Port de Sóller and enjoys a wonderful 180 degree panoramic view of the mountains and the bay with its sandy beach (partial view). Experience special moments in this special and family-friendly accommodation. The house was completed in 2021 - it impresses with its high-quality furnishings and panoramic views. There is a communal pool with sun loungers and parasols. The beach is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. PLEASE also note our information:Tourist services of any kind are not part of this contract and are also not offered by this provider. -- IMPORTANT -- !! The rental price does not include service and cleaning fees or the Balearic Ecotax (tourist tax) !!! Friendly notes: 1. due to the hillside location, the "holiday domicile" and the pool are each located on the 1st floor in two separate house areas, which are accessible via external staircases. We would like to point this out especially for guests with limited mobility. 2. the private car park in front of the house is not cordoned off, so that parking offenders can also park there. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. However, there are enough parking spaces within a radius of 50 metres. Our on-site manager is always available to provide advice and assistance.
