The hotel is old and not maintained well. I don't know in which universe it's a 3 star property. Washrooms are dirty and not clean. Beds have bedbugs, damp walls with leakage. Ac when switched on gave a foul odour. Mostly cigarette smoke. Dirty linen and very bad pillows and broken spring mattress. Not worth it for the price. Very dirty buffet area and breakfast is really something I wouldn't recommend. Overall not a good stay

The overall experience was average. They provided 1 towel when another one i have asked for then brought a torn towel and it looked dirty and they provided one small water bottle only, and hot water was not hot it was coming normal in hot water tap.

Rooms were very cozy & stinky. Rooms are not like same as shown in the profile. Can't take a shower at any time coz there is no hot water after morning shower. They have there own time of availability. 1 nice thing i noticed was, the ground level staff like room boys and restaurant boys were respective and helpful rather than the reception guyzzz.

Big mistake that i have booked with make-my trip, they booked wrong pax no and i had paid extra at hotel due to this. No service provided as per committed, no hot water, did not able to connect with makemy trip. It’s very bad service
