We stayed at this property for 2 nights and had a bad experience with almost everything. It seems like we got fooled by fake positive reviews online while booking this property. It started with late checkin by an hour. We reached after 2 PM and still our room wasn't ready. Then we ordered food which was pretty tasteless and overpriced. Pls keep in mind that food is exorbitantly priced and food quality is not great too. Also a lot of construction is going around the property so there is lot of noise during day and even at night. Staff is arrogant and doesn't bother about handling your complaints. We had dirty linen even after late checkin. There were several other issues which totally spoilt our experience. So totally avoid this property if you don't want to spoil your holiday.

Wonderful hotel with most helpful and Cooperative staff. Too neat and clean property ***** with Delicious food. Thank you for a lovely & Comfortable stay. Terrace Area is one of the best part if you Celebrate . Special thanks to Sanjeev ji. Will surely visit again.

Great hotel with stunning views, modern amenities. Friendly staff like Sunid and Rakesh went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Great healthy food, which is not always easy to find in this region. I am from Australia and would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying iin Kassauli.

We checked in on Tuesday afternoon with our 11 year old for a 3 night stay. Location - the location is ok and not far from highway. Food - Food quality is the only decent thing about this resort. Recreation - You must not call it a resort - it's at best a guesthouse, A resort has some recreational aspect to it - here you would find nothing - no board games, no swimming pool, no snooker table - nothing. Hygiene - Hotel staff picked up the plates from the room but left the packaging saying "It's not plates but just garbage". There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and I have pictures. The sheets were dirty with visible stains, see attached pictures. We checked out very next day, as I didn't see anything improving, total 30K wasted here. I don't even see if they will refund me a cent, but would like to save community from fake positive reviews that scammed me.

Wether you are looking for the best accomodation or the best food, the only place that comes to my mind is The Amritara, this is one of the best hotel and restaurant in kasauli. I stayed there for 2 days, they have the perfect rooms with hill facing view. The staff was very friendly and gave us the best service. There restaurant have the best food in Kasauli.

Very comfortable stay, the food is good, the rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities. Staff is very courteous and cooperative. View from the room is fantabulous . Ample parking. Worth the money.

This is the best hotel one can get in Kasauli. Thanks to the amazing team led by Mr.Rajeev. Great services with amazing food and view. Just loved the place coz of comfortable stay. There are limited options for breakfast buffet but whatever’s there is good. The property is also kids friendly.

Outstanding service super clean hotel, best and spacious rooms, property is just superb. Everything was just superb. Keep the good job going....... Will come back with family. Front office staff excellent and helpfull.
