worst hotel ever stayed Poor breakfast .every day 2-3 same items. poor communication don t worth to stay there. no activities in the hotel,no lobby service .They don t serve any other meal expect breakfast. Staff without uniform with short trousers in the reception

This Hotel is a place where I have been going for almost 7 years until now, and it never occurred to me to write a review about it. I believe that this is so because I really feel the hotel as my own home! However, it is, the Hotel is just perfect! It is situated on the Ring Road of Sofia, very accessible to all the malls which are nearby if you are travelling by car. The spa is currently not working due to COVID 19 precautions measures, but I remember before the pandemic the spa (pool, jacuzzi, massage….) was one of the highlights of my stays at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern. There are two wings, i.e. A – old wing and B – new wing. In the second the rooms are bigger while in both wings they are perfectly equipped. The breakfast is amazing, on top of the hotel (8th floor) with a great view of Vitosha Mountain and it is buffet. The food, at least for me is the best that I have ever tried in hotel accommodations. The coffee is good quality, too. The hotel has private parking (garage) and parking outside which is good and safe as well. The surroundings are peaceful, even though the hotel is situated near the Ring Road. The overnights and sleeping there are relaxing and great charger of my batteries. The staff is kind and helpful and even the managers are very kind. I definitely recommend this place to all of you!

Accueil froid, chambres à 30 degrés et pas très propres avec des cheveux dans la douche. J’avais réservé des massage dans le spa de l’hôtel et en se présentant à notre rendez-vous on nous a dit «  c’est pas possible de faire le massage » et ceci sans aucune explication. Même pas un regard dans les yeux ou un désolé. Du jamais vu

Leggendo le altre recensioni non avevo grandi aspettative, eppure sono rimasto più che soddisfatto dalla struttura. Si tratta di un moderno edificio che comprende, oltre l'hotel, una clinica. Il personale è stato gentilissimo (ci ha anche fornito la colazione dell'ultimo giorno, dato che saremmo partiti molto presto la mattina). La maggior parte delle camere comprende l'accesso alla comoda e pulita spa. La colazione è abbondante e molto varia (addirittura il miele integrale in favo!), consigliatissima la banitsa (dolce e salata). Il parcheggio gratuito, in garage privato, è comodissima (il garage si apre con la chiave della camera); va da sé che si tratta di una struttura, anche considerata la posizione periferica (ma a due passi dalla chiesa di Boyana), adatta quasi esclusivamente a chi dispone di un mezzo. Lati negativi: - Una delle sedute idromassaggio della piscina era parzialmente malandata e a rischio tagli. - In una delle camere che ci sono state date (3006 e 3007) mancavano le pantofole in omaggio. - Il frigorifero si spegne quando viene tirata via la chiave della stanza, ergo non potete lasciare nulla in fresco. - In una delle due camere non siamo riusciti a regolare la temperatura. - I materassi andrebbero rivisti, in diversi di essi le molle si muovevano un po' troppo.

Современное здание отеля.Просторные номера.Рецепшен на 10+. Елена на ресепшен говорит на многих языках. Она очень нам помогла .Огромное спасибо Елене.Она профессионал.Хочется вернуться снова .За таких работников как Елена отелю 10+.

Спасибо отелю что заселили в 2 часа ночи без проблем, дали место на подземной парковке , сделали скидку , парень на ресепшене был очень дружелюбен , но номера очень грязные , полы в пятнах и дырах от сигарет . Так же в номере муравьи . Может конечно нам дали такой номер из за того что мы с собакой - но если честно , не приятно . Завтраки на 3 -но кофе божественный . Так же бесплатно спа и бассейн предоставляется , но мы туда не ходили
