as a group we stayed only 1 night , 23 sep 2023, the girl at the reception was so unpolite and rude , also the cleaning lady who was shouting us , the rooms were so dirty that you can not imagine, full of spider webs , there were bats flying in the room... and the employees do not know how to communicate with cilients, there so rude , unpolite ..only there was a young boy who was tryıng to solve the problems.. 24 sep morning there was an old man who was so rude and was saying bad words in his own language ..with his hand gesture he said get out get out....it is such a shame for an old man to behave like that I have been travelling for 30 years , worst hotel I have ever seen..I tired to talk to the girl at the reception to warn her and asked her name , she didnt say and refused to talk to me ...never ..ever ..dont book a room here
