Premier Inn Slough anmeldelser

No hotel amenities were available. No slippers, toothbrush, no room telephone no any single thing. The staff strictly mentioned that they couldn’t even check in a minute earlier If the check-in time was 3 pm.  No European or Chinese socket was available in the hotel (no spare one or portable available ), Had to go to a new location to buy one. The hotel staff wasn’t very friendly and straightforward. I may never gonna use any Premier Inn hotel ever again.

I have stayed in this Premier Inn (Uxbridge Road) on business for the last 5 months, so I have witnessed the full spectrum of services. I can honestly say, I have been nothing less than impressed by the staff and management. They all have been amazing, even when some of their facilities fail through no fault of their own. Nothing is too much trouble! They are all absolute professionals who take pride in their work. I would like to give a big shout out to the following members of the team for going above and beyond to make my stay here really enjoyable! I will apologise in advance to the staff I haven't mentioned. So.....Aman (Always has a smile for her customers and goes the extra mile to make them comfortable), Frankie (A waiter with an amazing sense of humour), Cristian (He is an absolute gentleman), Pardeep (Passionate about perfection!), Youlanda (Always greets me with a smile at Breakfast) I have to say, I think other hotel Managers should stay here to understand the meaning of real customer service and teamwork. I will be in Slough on Business until March 25 and I wouldn't dream of moving to a different hotel. Well done to the all the staff and Management!!

I stay in premier Inn 5 nights a week for work and of the 600+ that I have stayed in Slough is by far my favourite, plenty of parking, the rooms are great, and the food is always excellent but the real stand out for me is the staff who are some of the nicest people I've met, especially Pardeep in the restaurant, Aman on reception and the manager Crishtan, always a warm welcome and great service with a smile

I stay in a lot of Premier Inns and whole they are generally all good some are just better than others and that's mainly due to the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. I was delighted to be served at the Premier Inn in Slough by Snezhana and her team. They took good care of us and helped with local info and guidance. Terrific Customer Care - Well Done Snezhana !

I stayed at this Premier Inn with my young family when we visited Central London and Legoland a few weeks back. Great location and a decent size room too fir the four of us. The staff went above and beyond as the room above us was being rather noisy (but this isn't the hotels fault!). Breakfast was great and good transport links on the 702 bus for both London and Legoland. For the three nights we stayed parking was £25 which wasn't too unreasonable. I would happily stay here again for visiting London or flying from Heathrow.

This is one of the best Premier Inns we have stayed in. All the staff were lovely, especially Sandeep, in the restaurant! Very wheelchair accessible. Parking was just outside the entrance, which is a must for us. Sainbury's is next door, which is handy for our newspapers. We will stay here again.

Second time staying at the hotel and Aman was absolutely fantastic again. Remembered us from our previous stay and gave us a lovely welcome. Thank you again Aman. Hotel is nice and clean with everything you need for a short stay plenty of parking available too.

Friendliest premier inn I’ve been too. Highest praise for Aman & Christian for going above and beyond to make our stay as seamless as possible, being disabled wasn’t an issue for this hotel. The staff all helped where they could. I would highly recommend staying here. I stay a few time a year while visiting family

I stayed here recently as I was working in Slough for a couple of days and I must say my experience was brilliant. I didn’t expect too much as it was cheap last minute booking, but the service was great, staff were very friendly and receptionist extremely helpful. The room was immaculate, so a huge thank you to the house keeping staff!! Location was good and I would definitely stay here if ever I’m back working in Slough again.

I have been stopping at this hotel for the last 2 years on business (apart from going home at the weekends) and find the staff extremely friendly, especially Aman who takes time out to allocate the same rooms for us every week. The rooms are extremly clean (hats off to the cleaning staff) and comfortable. I will continue to stay here as long as the outstanding service continues. Well done to all of your staff and your friendly attitudes.

Great hotel easy access for M25/M4 .Great staff and restaurant, Special shout out to Aman on reception always smiling and goes beyond in her customer service , a credit to the company. Overall a very good hotel cleanliness is second to none and great connections to the main motorways

We have just had a very pleasant stay at Slough Premier Inn. My family and I had two nights breakfast and evening meal and despite a couple of hiccups everything was dealt with a pleasant smile a sincere apology and rectified efficiently nothing was too much trouble and in the end Kristian and his team were a credit to the hotel. The rooms were clean modern and had everything you needed and the meals were tasty and delivered with excellent service and a pleasant stay was had by all
