The location is very convenient, close to the city center and train station! The staff is very friendly! The breakfast is OK if the price is taken into consideration. The facility is poor, the chair in the room is broken. The shower does not work properly ( not able to change the temperature).

The reception staff at this establishment are that perfect combination of efficient and friendly. Every request my husband and I made was happily executed. On our trip to UK (from Australia) we have stayed in posher hotels but the Travelodge in Slough was the most welcoming!

We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

It was a nice experience, and Hina was very professional offering all the information about the surrounding area.

Close to the train station, room was quite large, bed was comfy, bathroom satisfactory, breakfast delicious.

Only issues was had to pay for parking

There were nice people working there, one of them was Sepria. The area on the other hand was not very good. Sommething fishi was going on wile we were there

Overall good hotel, great location and food.

Poor hotel with low class of customer service, the staff were rude, only 1 lift worked, fire alarm going off at 4am with no apology and the cleanliness was non existent. This hole is truly a dive. stay Away!!

Great friendly staff especially the two guys in the bathroom team one of whom has lots of interesting stories about his move to Thailand and coming back to the UK for work. Thankfully there is good Aircon in the bar so you can cool down after coming in. The hotel is in a very good location for both the bus to Legoland and the Elizabeth line to London.

Very cheap, so not too upset about the overall run down state of the hotel. The sheets were clean, the bathroom wasn't too bad, walls and furnishings all quite shabby. Fine for a budget hotel, you get what you pay for 😊

the good: bed was comfy. The location is good if you want to visit slough town centre The bad: hotel is tired as are the rooms. There is NO air conditioning or heating, the rooms were far too hot, the solution? a crappy 9.99 fan that just moved the hot air around. The tv is from the 1980s and there is no mini fridge in the room. The restaurant manages to massacre any food, it all came out at a really low standard dry, over cooked and tasteless. The rooms dont get serviced, no changing of sheets, even though its 34 degrees! You are allowed one sheet change per 7 days... The lift and corridors stank of alcohol all the time. I would advise spending the extra £5-10 to stay anywhere else, its that crap.
