Really nice hotel！Big room with very good service！

The housekeeping was horrible and I was insulted personally while staying there.

It was excellent

Fantastic 5* hotel. From the reception staff to the concierge, the kitchen staff and housekeeping, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and clean and just a 5 minute walk to the main road where all the shops are. The breakfast was fulfilling and we were spoilt for choice. Loved my stay here!

Stuff was very friendly. My room was upgraded and it was really spacious and the bed was really large. Breakfast was various and ok, not fabulous. What was really strange for me - there weren’t any staff in indoor pool area. You can’t leave clothes in the lockers and should take it to pool area. And you can take there only towels, so you need take a bathrobe and slippers from the room. It’s not a level of 5 star hotel.

The hotel is old and needs updating, from interior, lightening, to pool bar on the rooftop. The bathroom is small, and our view from first floor room was to the street. Breakfast on ground level outside was okay. Personnel is friendly. For 1 night okay, longer I could not stay.

Perfect, but the shower have some defaults so the water went through and the shower carpet was always wet.

I stayed for several days at both the Victoria Hotel and also visit the connected by the rooftop their sister hotel, The Palace. You have to start with the fact that these are not 4* and 5* hotels. Perhaps they were when they opened 20 years ago, today it is a maximum of 3* and 3.5*. They are simply dated, you can see it and smell it. If we are aware of it, almost everything else is ok: very friendly service (special thanks to the nice, elderly man at the reception), tasty and varied breakfasts, cozy swimming pools and rooftop bar. The quality of cleaning the rooms needs improvement, the location of the rooms is cruicial (avoid rooms from the driveway for deliveries, unless you like to hear knocks and screams from 6am onwards). And the price: if you manage to find an offer up to 100e / day, that's ok, above that is not worth it.

Good hotel in the middle of Sliema with friendly staff but a bit dated

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff especially reception staff. Always there with a smile on their face. Keep it up
