Fantastic place, absolutely brilliant! We stayed here for a weekend break. We loved everything about it. Loads of history and everything was renovated to perfection. We loved the pool hottub and sunloungers . With everything we needed and lots of special little touches. Fantastic breakfast and great hosts. Highly recommended.

Visiting Saltfleet after nearly 30yrs we were lucky enough to choose The Manor for our short stay. What a wondrous place to stay. We had a caravan in Saltfleet for 35yrs and it holds many fantastic memories. The Manor is The Jewel in the Crown for B'nB Accommodation, everything is superb, I knew a little of it's history but The Hosts John & Jean filled in many gaps. They were amazing people and their attention to every detail was superb. The gardens really are something to behold, every credit to John & Jean for their immaculate home. We will return very soon hopefully. So sorry for the breakfast porridge mix up, please forgive me Jean. Can't wait to visit once again...Just to reiterate What a fantastic house to spend time in....Well Done John and Jean you are STARS indeed...

Excellent place to stay breakfast every morning which was absolutely fabulous, very friendly hosts & nothing was to much trouble Fantastic location along with stunning outdoor views & swimming pool with hot tub / also pub right across the road what more could you ask for

Wow what a fabulous place to stay everything was amazing the Manor House is immaculate the attention to detail is staggering five star all the way everything is so tasteful, the hosts Jean and John have definitely gone the extra mile nothing is too much trouble and there is everything you could wish for and more, the gardens are lovely, the pool, hot tub and garden furniture are excellent, lots of choice at breakfast top quality produce. This was our third stay at the Manor House. We came back because we love the historic building and the wonderful atmosphere, John and Jean are superb hosts, always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, well furnished and appointed with all you will need. The facilities, particularly the pool and hot tub are fantastic, with the luxury of towels and sandals as well. There is secure parking, and pleasant grounds and a cosy little snug to play a game (all provided), as well as a wide screen TV with immaculate picture. Should you feel hungry, especially after the magnificent breakfasts on offer, there is a decent pub-The Crown, a short walk away, where good pub grub is available at reasonable prices. Another excellent stay at this wonderful place.

Just stayed 5 nights it was our second visit it is the best bed and breakfast ever stayed in the rooms are beautiful the breakfast keeps you going for hours. The hot tub and pool are lovely addition especially at the end of the day but what makes it special is jean and john nothing is too much trouble we will definitely be returning

This was a step back in time with a modern and excellent level of quality service. Jean and John were the perfect and most friendly hosts who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house is full of history and you feel as though you've entered into the stories of previous owners. Don't get me wrong, everything is up to date and very modern. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the snug a great place to work, and the dining room the ideal place to meet fellow guest as you enjoy the most sumptuous breakfast. John and Jean have thought of everything. The covered swimming pool, hot tub, and gardens with sun traps are added bonuses - what more do you want?
