All of the staff were really lovely and super helpful. Hotel is good and clean. Breakfast and food form the restaurant was great. Good location, walkable to town and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at the Avaton Garden hotel. Lovely spacious pool area with very comfortable sun beds. We had a room that overlooked the pool and it was clean and modern with plenty of space for your clothes. Amazing air conditioning unit that just worked and was quiet. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options and space to sit outside. Staff were excellent. Big shout out to the two lovely ladies on reception who were very warm, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

This the smallest hotel we have stayed in on our many travels and it’s up there with the best ! When we turned up we were welcomed by one of the team and taken to reception then the team on reception checked us in and went through lots interesting stuff about the hotel and the island . Then we were taken to our room which was a lovely touch ! Room was big and spacious and plenty of space for clothes etc etc . Maybe a little dated but didn’t bother me as the bed was massive and very comfy and the shower was good ! Breakfast was very good . Plenty of choice . Lunch and dinner were also very nice and tasty . Drinks were fab ! Pool was lovely . Two supermarkets a minutes walk away and the beach with beach bars is 3 minutes walk away . The no.4 bus stop is 2 minutes away and the town is a 10 minute walk . This hotel is well worth staying . Big shout out the whole team . Alice on the bar in the morning and early afternoon was our favourite ! She is awesome !

A group of 8 of us stayed in the Avaton hotel (4 couples). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were spotless and the whole hotel was very well kept. We stayed bed & Breakfast, the quality of the food was excellent, but what was most impressive was the service. From the Receptionist on arrival to the bar staff they were exceptional. An example was the breakfast service. It ended at 10.30am and at about 10.20 the staff were still filling up the displays and making sure it looked inviting. Then at 10.25am every day, the staff would walk round every table and advise that the food was about to close so give you the opportunity to get any last minute food or drinks. (This is highly unusually as most hotels just want to close the food down as quick as possible.) It is about a 20 minute walk into Skiathos town, which for us was enjoyable (you can walk on the beach) but for anyone with mobility issues taxi's were readily available. Thank you Avaton, I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This was a beautiful quiet hotel and it was a perfect location in Skiathos as you could walk to the town and beach! The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay and always happy to help. Special shout out to the receptionists, Alice and Betty! There are two little dogs outside the hotel who are owned by the building and they are so sweet and I loved seeing them every day, I could have taken them home with me! Be sure to take them a little treat in the morning ❤️

An absolute gem of a hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Our room was spacious. Great selection of food for breakfast buffet which catered for almost everyone. Snacks available at the restaurant through the day and evening menu was very good. Supermarkets close by. Good location for beach and town and the bus stop was a short walk away to allow for adventuring further. The pool was kept very clean. A lovely stay - one of the best!

Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Avaton Hotel. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The bedrooms are on the small side but enough wardrobe space. The bathroom is also small. Cleaned and serviced each day. Delicious food and a varied and plentiful selection for breakfast. The staff are a credit to the hotel and must give a special thank you to Giota, Stamatia and Alex on reception...so pleasant, helpful and informative. Also, to the lovely Alice for our coffees and greek lessons and Betty who is so cheerful 😊 The hotel is around 15 mins walk into town. Will definitely return and would highly recommend it. Thanks again Lesley and Andy x
