The whole place was spotlessly clean, rooms, gardens and pool. The bedlinen was changed several times during a week's stay and was so clean and fresh and the bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. It's so peaceful and the views are amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a very steep hill up to the property though so probably not suitable if you don't have a car and have mobility issues

Thank you Zanthippi for a wonderful week, apartments are exactly as shown in three photos. We had a ground floor twin apartment, the kitchen was well equipped and shower room modern with plenty of storage for toiletries. Please be aware that the walk up to the apartments is very steep but well worth the bother for the peace and views. We loved the pool in beautiful surroundings, views of the sea and hills and had it mostly to ourselves every afternoon. Comfortable beds and great parasols around thd pool. Zanthippi was an excellent host and always on hand to help in any way. The apartment and grounds were spotlessly clean and well kept. The area was excellent with 2 lovely beaches 3 mini markets, restaurants and bus stop 16 within a short walk. Half an hour on the bus to Skiathos Town, buses frequent and 2 Euro per journey. Definitely recommend Villa Zanthippi for simple, clean, well located apartment with a fabulous pool.

Arrived at Villa Xanthippi , to be told we were booked in at the sister villa next door Politemi! Our reservation clearly stated Xanthippi but the owner insisted we were booked into Politemi and would not except our Paperwork. Villa Xanthippi has been modernised in the last r with the pool in the grounds and those are the pictures you see on the website, Villa Politemi is next door very tired and has access to the pool through the gardens to nextdoor's pool unlike the pictures shown on their website. The owner insisted we left despite our booking paperwork, she blamed everyone else and would not listen or even try to help! We left having to book somewhere else! This happened to two other couples while we were there! Be very wary ,not a recommend experience losing a days holiday trying to sort it out!
