Less than 3,5km away from the city and just 800 metres away from the deep blue beach of Visalias, in the south-western area of the island, this lovely , newly built Superior Villa ,is surely of the most conveniently located villas in Skiathos Location. Full in green from olives and pines,the villa stands afloat on the vast blue of the Aegean with the small islands of Skiathos and the western area of Skopelos to be its landscape. Modern architecture design but with the local aesthetic character preserved and with ablative decoration, built with passion for your pleasure.
The villa consists of three bedrooms with double queen sized beds each, plus two very modern and fully equipped bathrooms.A fully equipped kitchen plus a cozy and spacey lounge are also at your disposal. On the 65 sqm wooden deck the pool plus a kiosk and dining facilities, are nested.Up to seven people can stay,whole place has stunning sea views.
