This place is absolutely exceptional. If you have booked, then you have hit the jackpot. Cartmel and his family really do look after you from the time you arrive. Private parking which is also an added benefit. The rooms are very traditional and homely and extremely clean. I can honestly stay you are treated like a VIP. Thank you.

Been here over a dozen times while stopping over in town on business. It’s my first choice B&B. Never fails. Welcoming hosts , rooms are super comfy , breakfast is a thing of legend. Bar is nicely stocked . Excellent value for money, will definitely use again.

Lovely friendly hotel, very comfortable beds, and nice size bathroom. The breakfast breakfast was great and the host was very kind and made this early for us. This place has a warm homely feel and the hosts can’t do enough for you. Thank you, we will come back.

Excellent location and friendly staff, had a double room at the back nice shower and lounge area. Would definitely return as it has good parking and was generally very clean 5⭐️ Even offered a bottle of water on departure. We didn’t have breakfast as Spoons is only a short walk away. Easy access to the big sandy 🏖️ beac.

The customer service is amazing! The bed was comfortable and soon as I laid down it was a dream, fell straight to sleep. We didn’t even hear a thing all night. Quiet and peaceful. The bedroom was very clean and no concerns. Very friendly. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely hotel with its own parking . It’s situated in a nice quiet residential area and yet only 400m from the sea front . The hosts offered me a pot of tea upon arrival which was most welcome after a hard day . I had A large room at the front of the house. They have thought of small things that matter to me like a bottle of water in the room, a safe, and nice quality loo roll ! And a port to charge my phone and iPad . Breakfast was piping hot and filled me . Upon checking out , the host gave me a bottle of water for my journey home . A vey nice peaceful stay , thank you

A nice little hotel, the owners are really friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was really good, plenty to eat and very well cooked. The room was large as was the en-suite. A full length mirror would have been helpful as would an extra shelf in the bathroom for your toiletries. I understand the owners are working their way through the rooms to modernise them.

Came for a few days for hubby's birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. Was offered a cup of tea as soon as we arrived which was very welcome. Host very attentive and even gave us an anniversary card when they'd noticed our other cards up in our room. What a lovely gesture. Will definitely be coming back again. It has everything you would ever need.

Really lovely hotel, very clean, with great hosts Cam and Siva, nothing was too much trouble for them, a fantastic breakfast, and very nice comfortable king-size beds. The hotel is close to all the attractions in Skegness We shall be returning very soon.
