Værelset er meget smukt og rent, badeværelset med et flot design men slet ikke praktisk Der var ingen hårbalsam, kosmetik er ikke i individuel emballage Toiletdøren er i stykker. Udsigten fra vores værelse (juniorsuite) var ikke fantastisk, man kunne se lidt af havet, men hovedsagelig det forreste tag.Altanen var meget rummelig, stuen god. Personalet få, men meget venlige. Alt i alt et godt ophold, men ikke pengene værd.

We arrived on the 22nd September early afternoon to be greeted by this wondrous reception area with the most amazing views. As we were a little earlier our room was not ready so we went down to the restaurant area and had a lovely lunch. Once our room was ready we were transported via the hotel buggy along with our cases. Once in the room, words could not describe how incredible it was. Added to the spacious and luxurious room was the private pool area with pergola and enough room to host a pool party. Prior to our arrival, I had been in hospital and it was touch and go whether we would make this holiday. Fortunately we did and my goodness I could not have found a better venue to recuperate. We went half board and I would say the breakfast selections were amazing catering for all diets, specifically mine at the time. The evening meal offered a fair selection with a daily dish of the day. If there was any criticism I would say the portions are excessive leaving a guilt feeling when unable to finish the dish. The waiting staff are exceptional, polite, friendly and attentive and having travelled and stayed at many hotels I would rate them as some of the finest. Housekeeping were excellent ensuring we had fresh towels when requested and ensuring our room was as fresh as when we arrived. Prior to our arrival I communicated with Katherine with various request and none were any issue for her to sort. A very small negative was one of the female receptionists with the stud by her mouth, though at times she was helpful it was not without an attitude, almost resentful of making requests. Unsure if this was due to nearing the end of the season and it was becoming a task, but I would suggest a bit of training on hospitality etiquette would be useful. This by no means was a cheap holiday and as a couple who works hard for every penny given the stressful jobs that we have, spending the amount that we did (which I would say was worth every penny) would have been near perfect had it not been for her manner on the last day of the holiday. That aside, I would wholeheartedly recommend this resort as a must stay experience. Thank you to all for making it a wonderful experience for me to recover.

Great stay at Agios Nikolaos, family with 2 children. We had the pleasure of staying for two weeks at this magnificent hotel in a magical location with magnificent views and own private beach on the small lagoon. The view of the turquoise blue sea and the surrounding islands is magical and can be enjoyed from the room that had the grandiose balcony, from the restaurant, from the infiniti pool or anywhere from the garden! The staff and all people who had to do with the hotel - from cleaning to the owner of the hotel, were incredibly friendly and pleasant and did everything to make us feel comfortable as home during our stay. The breakfast that was served was fantastic with a good mix of dishes and fruit and the food could be enjoyed with a glass of champagne and the great view ! We had half board during our stay and ate there every evening. The food was delicious and of a high standard, equivalent to a tip restaurant at a 5-star hotel. A huge thank you to the restaurant staff who did absolutely everything to ensure that our dinner meals were fantastic during the entire stay! Thank you so much for an unforgettable holiday to all the staff at Agios Nikolaos, we will definitely be back soon!

Second time in visiting this gem. Travelling with two kids, years 5 and 8 - this hotel has it all, and by all I don't mean motivation teams, water aerobics, loud music or rowdy clients. Two pools, one for kids and one not - close proximity to the cozy shared beach with the hotel next door, quiet spaces, enough sunbeds, non-powered watersports. Attentive and sweet staff. The hotel and grounds are well kept looking flawless. Beautiful views - no noise pollution from streets, cars or partying youths. The restaurant shares the same great breathtaking view of the waterways. We had half board this time around, at it was good, but will climb the mountain next year and try dining in town, when our kids are older.

Excellent property location, amazing infrastructure, breathtaking views, great proximity to explore the surroundings, incredibly attentive staff, excellent property services. I highly recommend Domotel Agios Nikolaos for anyone looking to experience luxury in stunning Syvota in Thesprotia/Epirus - Greece, an unforgettable dream destination. We look forward to our next visit!

Just returned from a week's stay at this amazing place.... my partner booked it and what a fantastic find. Arrived to find free upgrade to junior suite amazing sea views. Great check in really relaxed and welcoming staff are lovely. Room partially refurbed (glass baclony) with the room pending but still lovely, lots of rooms already done, speaking with the manager it's clear to say this place is on the up and sets high standards. The infinity pool, floating Jetty and beach all amazing, great breakfast massive choice, can't really say how enjoyable it was. Waking to that sea view every morning just amazing. Would go back tomorrow. 1 negative the hill out of the hotel which leads to town.... calf pumping for 250m but then all downhill did not walk back unless you are crazy as its a 5€ taxi. Oh and they don't know how to make a frozen strawberry daiquiri, my partner had 3 attempts to get one all failed

Simply the Best! The location, the stunning surroundings and view, the spacious, very clean, nicely decorated rooms. The staff super polite and service minded. The breakfast delicious. Thank you again for an unforgettable holiday. I will definitely be back❤️ All the best to you. Pia

We love Greece and usually take a week on one of the many islands but tried the mainland this time and wow, we were extremely impressed. Greek star ratings we accept and take with a pinch of salt but this hotel, room and facilities truly are 5 star. Private beach, decking and other sunbathing options across the beach with 2 pools, family and adult, perfect. Breakfast was tip-top, plenty of choice and freshly made omelettes. ONLY negative is that it’s steep ! You have great views but the town/harbour for all the lovely restaurants is a steep trek. We walked down once and in the heat was too much but a €5 taxi sorted that - we were used to paying €10-15 a day for sunbeds/umbrella etc so as these are free it was no problem! Highly recommended- and we are fussy !

This is an amazing hotel with a very friendly staff. They took good care of us and they ensured that we were having a great time. Their breakfast buffet is very good with a wide variety of options. They are very welcoming and they have one of the best views in town.
