I made a successive visit to this hotel as my first visit here was fairly Good in 2022, but unfortunately this visit with family was pretty bad. The Room my family was staying has frequent Power Cuts (Due to Electrical Trip Off) and my daughter had to call up the reception to rectify at the middle of Night (2.40) & Early morning(3.15 Am) a couple of times to restore the Power. Secondly the AC where they were staying was not Cooling at all , and the Hotel possibly had failed to check the functioning. Third the Bathroom Could not be Locked as the locks were not Functioning. Leaking Taps in other room At the Restaurant all the boys were running around with Crowds at just 20% Occupied and none of them were responsible to complete orders placed. Lead manager was missing to take control. We had to wait for 25 Min for Pongal and Coffee to be served. When I asked for Extra Decoction, I had to Wait another 10 Min as the server whom I told had passed on the Buck to Someone Else. RECOMMENDATION: PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE. SHARING JUST MY FEEDBACK NOT IMPLYING ANYTHING.

The hotel is new. But unfortunately very poorly run. I went for a 3 day stay in Jan 2024. Some issues: 1. The owner lives out-of-state and does not have a good manager on-site. 2. Selvam, at the front desk is very poorly trained and has no business attending to guests. 3. The breakfast which is supposed to start at 7:30 am NEVER started on time. 4. The bathroom smells of urine. Please hire a good manager otherwise this place will fail as a business.

The room was Spacious, well cleaned and maintained. The hotel served good food,had well mannered facilitators and was a good acquaitance. The route map placed in the hotel was a great help to travel to Temples we wanted to visit for. The hotel had spacious Parking slot and we had a good time to spend over different temples and places because the hotel was placed in a accurate location..

It was a very clean and neat room , located at the highways of sirkhali. This hotel has a pure veg restaurant too which have a wonderful taste and ambience. Staffs , room services , their policies are very good. Very comfortable for families. Parking available so there would be no need to worry, A must try hotel !! Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, good food, friendly staff, location and distance from major temples are all positive things for the Hotel Clarks Inn . Manager Umesh was very friendly and also very helpful during our stay.
