Great location, clean, very accomodating and friendly staff.

Place is ok for a family trip or couple trip. Great view and fairly new hotel. It’s slightly distant from the more lively areas so better for a relaxing getaway.

Останавливались на Вилле (5 ночей)с подругой! Очень приятное и спокойное место, если рядом отдыхают адекватные соседи ( у нас перед отъездом заселилась группа шумных китайцев, которая купалась в 2 часа ночи в бассейне и громко смеялась)🤦🏻♀️ , что пришлось даже выходить и просить успокоиться!!! Написали даже админу записку, а утром получили извинения и предложение компенсации за «ночное рандеву»! В целом, все было прекрасно: внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, красивая и ухоженная территория, единственный минус- это в меню ресторана ( много позиций отсутствовало, но повара 🧑🍳 шли на встречу каждый раз и это большой плюс ➕) Каждое утро гостям к номеру приносили свежую и вкусную выпечку!

I had an amazing stay at Gabayan Riviera Resort. I love how quiet and peaceful the place is, it really satisfied me. The food was great, and the coffee was just perfect. The staff were so kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I stayed in the Premier Villa, and I was so happy with the room. It was spacious, with a king-size bed and a super soft mattress, so comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the terrace in front of our room, which was part of our space. Sitting there with a cup of coffee while admiring the beautiful ocean view was such a relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful and refreshing getaway, I highly recommend this place. Definitely worth visiting.

A wonderful place to rest. The staff is friendly and the pool is very clean. The rooms are great! I recommend! By car or scooter, nothing is far from the place. The view from the pool is incredible! The only small drawback is the lack of a real beach next to the pier, but you can reach the top beaches in 15-20 minutes by car.

The place is located high above the shore line with a nice view of the sea. The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful at any request. Rooms are nice and clean. It was though a surprize that a “4” star hotel couldn’t deliver hot water - prepare for cold showers! It also came as a surprice that the towles all were individual types/design like they were bought at a 2nd hand store and old. Our appartment had a leaking roof so during rainfall our roof covered terrasse was flooded with water. The pool need attention since the water was so unclear that you couldn’t see clearly through 20 cm of it. The pool area is not maintained, sunbeds are few and partly broken and not enough shade. The hotel is situated at the waterfront and NOT at the beach front. To me a beach is a sandy area enougt to lay down at - at this place there is just enough for your feet to stand on, the rest is rocks. The restaurant is nicely located with a view upon the sea. What you get in the view you miss in the service, the availabilty of whats on the menu card and the wild dogs that stick to your chair. We did not manage to get the orders that we made either because they were run out of food, coffee or bottled water. English language skills vary significantly dependent on who is on duty. First night at the restaurant we encounter animal feces on the floor at one of the tables. All in all I was disappointed and reminded that pictures and the establishements own description can be misleading - this is NOT a 4 star hotel at any standard.
