Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown

A very interesting use of space. A fine combination of modern simplicity with old style home country warm. Rooms a good size with great bathrooms. All modern technology as well. Well lit and nice windows. Parking is somewhat a pain. Staff was great. I’ll be back

food was absolutely wonderful. service was OUTSTANDING. jesse b. is a fantastic server. amazing and very knowledgeable with experience that shows. the warmth of his presence and hospitality shine through from his first table stop to the last.

The new Canopy Hotel Sioux Falls in The Steel District is very modern and has a spacious lofty vibe as soon as you enter. Colorful accents and lobby plants and artwork are a really nice touch. The Cascata Italian restaurant and bar have a trendy modern vibe and I loved listening to italian pop songs playing. The burger I had at the bar one night was outstanding! I stayed in a Falls Park View Corner King Room and it had a signed and balcony too. The in room Nespresso coffee bar and hidden away drawer safe were thoughtfully included. I enjoyed trying their toiletries by the Apotheke brand for the first time. The scent was “charcoal” and I really liked it. The robes and slippers are very plush and feel cozy to lounge in. Shout out to staff throughout the property but especially Mishelly, Corey and Matthew. Don’t miss exploring downtown shops and cafés on Phillips Avenue. The local historical society has some plaques placed every few blocks!

The view of the Falls with the Christmas lights on was absolutely beautiful. Was a perfect view on New Years Eve. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Once all the restaurants and room service is up and running, this place will be a perfect escape. It’s like being in your own little town in a big city. Love it!

This new hotel in the heart of the Steel District was amazing. My wife and I stayed over the Christmas holiday and every detail was in place like a well oiled machine despite being open for about two weeks. Check-in was seamless! Emilie addressed all of our questions upon arrival, restaurant open/close times, parking etc. Room was spotless, beds so comfortable and our housekeeper kept us clean and tidy. We ate breakfast in the main restaurant and had dinner on another day. The service, quality of food, engagement and attention to detail was amazing. While I must admit, I did not visit the fitness center, I did poke my head in and found it to be filled with great options. This hotel also has beautiful event space and great public/gathering spaces for meetings and events. Congratulation's Hilton Canopy Team, well done!

Wow.....what a great place to stay. The hotel is new but the staff seem to be very experienced. Our room was very clean, everything was up to date, perfect for us. The multiple sitting areas were so nice and friendly. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar with a beautiful coffee place. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sioux Falls.
