Food was nice delicious and hot. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and fast to finishing the booking process.

Good value for money paid

The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful and then from there it was all downhill. No elevator in the building so we had to carry our stuff up to the second floor. When we got into our room, the smoke detector was covered with wet toilet paper. We went down to our vehicle to get the rest of our bags and the woman at the front desk gave us another room just off of the first floor lobby. The bed was horrible and in the morning I found the alarm clock was in the drawer of the nightstand, and the phone was in the drawer of the other nightstand. The refrigerator and microwave were both unplugged and the refrigerator had a towel in it to soak up moisture I assume. The standing lamp bulb was either burned out or did not work at all. There were spots on the bedspread and the shower was horrible with a spot in the ceiling you could see was replaced with drywall and never properly finished. We left our clothes on to sleep in and we’re glad when it was time to leave in the morning and consider ourselves lucky. We made it out of there at all.

I cannot recommend this hotel at any price. I stayed there for two weeks (company booked) and was disappointed in every way. There is no elevator to the second floor. The breakfast is not good at all — I began avoiding it altogether and paying for my own breakfast at fast food places. The floors of the room are vinyl plank, not carpet. The place isn't filthy, but not what I'd call clean, either. After a few days stay, my body was covered in red splotches (never happened before). All I can figure is that I have an allergic reaction to the detergent they use for linens? Not a good place.

Poor standard - does not deserve to be called "Quality" hotel. Poor furnishings. The headboard of the bed was hanging down on one side covering the only available electrical outlet. There was no coffee maker despite the information on their website. No in room telephone. The tissue dispenser was not fastenened properly, fel out when taking a tissue. The only positive was a satisfactory breakfast.

Do not stay here! They have shady business practices. Charged me for a room that I did not even book. I immediately called and told them BEFORE the stay that I did not book this room and would not be staying there. So please cancel. I was given the run around and multiple phone calls, got my bank involved to file a dispute and they still refuse to refund the money. This was October and I am still fighting with them. They charged me $104 (which I never would have paid for this run down hotel anyway) for a hotel that I did not stay in and are now saying I was a "no show". No records of my phone calls. Read the reviews and nobody in their right mind would stay at this run down place at that price so I guess they have resorted to shady business practices to get reservations.

Don’t stay. Just don’t!!! Worst experience ever. Broke ADA regulations. Wouldn’t give me room for which I paid extra because “it was already booked” and refused to refund me the difference. Filthy room. Filthy outdoors. Boards with nails sticking up outdoors. Doors to outside from the hallway. Did not lock and pose a security risk. Staff horrible. Just don’t stay here. And by the way, I have never written a bad review about a Hotel.

The lady at check in was absolutely terrific! We checked in about 1030pm or so and my husband went to the tesla supercharger after dropping me off. She could tell I was tired and offered to leave a key at front desk for him if I wanted to go to bed. I said he probably wouldn't be long so I just took both keys. Got to the room and first two things I saw were an extremely dirty chair and bench. The lamp in corner was broken (or just loosided), old phone jack looked like it had a fire, maybe? And I'm still not sure why there was an almost empty toilet paper roll on the coffee tray lol We were going to sleep in one of the beds, but there was a mysterious stain on the sheets, so we slept in the other. I needed to put earplugs in because, you know the sound a toilet makes after flushing while it refills? Well....our toilet made that sound about every 5 or 10 min for about 15 seconds. Lol And one of our "neighbors" had their TV up so loud at 11 pm. However.......the bed was super comfortable!!!! I slept so good. The room was just very tired looking. Some of it looked really nice and then there was the side that came out of a garbage can. I love Choice hotels and will always stay in them, but on our way home next week, we won't stay here. It's cheap, no doubt, but now I know why. It's too bad:( We thought it was the closest to the tesla supercharger, but I'd pay more, go to the comfort inn or comfort suites and drive a little farther to charge.

The outside of the hotel looks nice, but don't let that fool you the interior needs a complete overhaul. The doors are old and damaged...the decor in the rooms looks like something out of the '70s. In my room there's a huge crack in the bathroom ceiling where ceiling texture was falling off the ceiling. My beds comforter was stained with pen ink and dirty. You are not allowed to bring your breakfast food into your hotel room. The breakfast was extremely basic and there was no hot water for tea or oatmeal (the water was ice cold in the caraffe. No fresh fruit was available. When I brought up these issues there was no apology from staff. I highly doubt that an upgrade is going to happen...there was similar reviews regarding this property last year and nothing was done about it. I would recommend not going here at all spending a few more dollars and going to any of the other hotels in the area. Sometimes the price is definitely not worth it.
