Good hotel good location good staff

It was a good stay at this hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was good too.

It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.

Nice hotel but the bed was not ok

Decent hotel near the central train station, however the location is quite shady so it gets dangerous at night. Stay with caution.

Busy budget hotel with, I feel, a motivated staff, working hard to fulfil customers needs. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

It was the most adequate hotel on a budget The reception was kind. The room nice with a huge bed for 2; the bed sheets were smelling kinda weird but after all was ok. Unfortunately the are is unpleasant enough.

This hotel is quiet scary and many people outside the streets drinking beer and break it on the street.

My overall experience was okay. Hotel room and location were good with the price I paid. However, Wi-Fi had a problem throughout my stay which was really problematic as I needed to work. Additionally, it said on the app that the room should come with safe box and freezer but there was not such as thing in reality. I contacted receptionist and addressed I would like to talk to the hotel manager but no one contacted me back.

房間不錯，這個價位很值得，房間內空間還挺大，設施也算比較全。前台服務態度還挺熱情的，有什麼問題都耐心解答。

距離北站不遠，適合自由行旅客。酒店本身在這個檔次的經濟型酒店中屬於中規中矩，房間不算太小，該有的設施也都有。唯一要吐槽的是床墊太軟，完全就是一塊海綿，躺着人完全陷進去，對腰椎非常不友好。

設施：網絡時斷時續，有網絡的時候也很差；電視是20年前那種老產品還要外接天線的那種；空調沒有作用，空轉不產生任何制熱或製冷的效果； 衞生：桌面一些角落的灰塵給人一種已經倆月沒打掃過的感覺；廁所沒有排風扇，味道半天不散。 服務：去大廳要走一些台階，這部分是沒有電梯的，帶小孩或有大行李箱的要小心了，服務人員衹能説是有在服務，中規中矩。 環境：這幾天附近是在施工嗎？窗外隨處可見的灰塵，睜不開眼睛！酒店環境中規中矩。 總之，是近幾年住過的很差的酒店了，不會再住。

經濟快捷型酒店，每個房間間距小，不過就為了第二天一早方便從火車站去機場，過渡了一晚上，距離布魯塞爾火車北站步行5分鐘。
