Very good location,the mall is linked to the hotel lobby,the room is very clean and it is very high-tech. The staff are very nice, room service is very fast and efficient, the breakfast is extremely tasty with a lot of choices to choose from 😀😀😀😀😀😀.Very good hotel!!!!!!!!!!

I love the environment here not to dry. Convenient to go everywhere. The facilities, amenities, service and cleanliness is all on point. Will like to stay here again!

Request for higher floor on my booking remarks was not met. Was taught that they will issue a complimentary cake for my wife birthday as well. However there was none. Other than that, the breakfast was good. In terms of service wise, was very disappointed. Please think before you book this hotel. Not a pleasant experience. Service : 2/5 Food: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Please do look at your service level.

Hotel was clean and well-kept. Service was great, but they did not honor late check-out and we had a very late flight. The location was great, as the hotel was connected to a mall and two MRT stations. Great swimming pool, although water or water bottles should be provided. Pool was a bit crowded since it was shared with the hotel next door.

Came here to surprise my partner for his birthday. Hotel asked if i wanted an upgrade but charged me for it . Paid total $602 for the suite with NO BREAKFAST. Sink was faulty as the sinkhole was trapped and bathtub looks old. NO BIDET. However, cake was sent to my room, was thankful but expected as this was a 5 star hotel provided the price i paid for one night. Nonetheless, created so many memories along with friends. But would i stay here again? no

Being directly connected to Raffles City Shopping Centre and the MRT made exploring Singapore effortless. Rooms & Comfort The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the stunning city skyline view was a bonus. The in-room amenities, including a Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries, added to the luxurious feel. Service & Hospitality The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every request was met with efficiency and a smile. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge was extremely helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Dining Experience The hotel’s dining options were fantastic! Breakfast at Prego offered a great variety of international and local cuisine, while dinner at SKAI was a delightful fine-dining experience with breathtaking views. Good place to stay

One of my most favourite hotel. Love the room, location, fast check-in, everything❤️ It is on a higher price range, but definitely worth it. Recommended!

Love everything about the room! Except we got a connecting room and soundproofing from the door was bad. Like that the bed faces the window so we could enjoy the view right from the comfort of the bed. Sofa is comfortable. Also love the bathroom! Gold lounge: good service. Excellent view. Strict with dress code. Evening canapes is average. Drinks, especially cocktails can be better. Breakfast was great! Lesser selection than Prego but it has the popular food which I happened to take when I went Prego. Much lesser crowd than Prego Prego breakfast: good. Do go before 8am for lesser crowd

It pays to get a higher category room type instead of the usual entry level room. The experience is a whole lot different. A spacious room with an unblocked view does wonders for the soul.
