The hotel is located at a very convenient place, Near to some great food stalls and hawker centre. Only set back is the room we got had little cockrochs running around. And the front desk was not that helpful when we asked for ironing service. But still a good place if you don't mind the rochs and grumpy old man.

The main problems are a lot of cockroachs and the room is smaller than expected. It is even hard to walk through. The room is not the same as they showed on the trip app. Manager and other guys are quite good.

Seamless check in the front desk staff is very helpful. Shaw Plaza Mall is across the road and Whampoa Market & Hawker is minutes away by foot😀

The hotel was a little far from Novena so it was a bit of a walk especially when it was either hot or raining. Food options were abundant nearby in the form of hawker centers so that was a nice plus. Furniture was a little old though, as shown in the photo. It would have been nice to have newer facilities. Also, the property was not responsive about the name change I requested. That was a particular hassle dealing with the property and with Trip.com

Good, suitable for the price

Cockroach infestation! Do not come, i repeat again do not come to this hotel. They change a total of 3 rooms for me and still the rooms are infested with roaches the moment you step inside the room. And when i ask for a refund spoke to the hotel customer service on the phone she was unproffesional, rude, cant even speak proper english. Would give zero star if i am allowed.

Waste of money. The rooms are cockroach infested. Please don't believe the high rating reviews. They are most likely paid reviews...

Room infested with cockroaches. Shelves were dusty, bed sheets were stained. No toilet papers, toilet ceiling was run down. Horrible experience as we were awoken by cockroaches crawling on partner’s arm

I changed 3 times of room. In the first room the TV did not have cable and there were cockroaches. In the second room the drain basin was not working and there were cockroaches too. I'm the third room the TV was not working properly and the wires for the mirror socket were outside, you could see them. It was against health and safety legislation. I am not going to this hotel anymore in my life.

this hotel in isn’t actually the worst however the cockroach infestation is what made the stay unbearable. i was able to spot 3 cockroaches in just the first ten minutes being in the room. i asked the staff to maybe move us to a cleaner better room but the uncle in charge wasn’t in and so the staff’s (who has trouble speaking english and we had to google translate which i have no problem with) solution was to spray down the corners of the rooms with bug spray (im not sure if this is a health hazard or not). i high suggest the person in charge of the hotel to take better care of the hygiene and maintenance of this place pls pls

Good place for relax

Thank you for making our stay comfortable.. The staff is really good specially the uncle receptionist.. All staff are friendly.. Everyday they will ask if what do we need so that they can provide... Sure will. Come back again 🙂

The hotel is clean and very nice! The service is also very good.

Overall okay. Could be better if manage properly in terms for hospitality service and hotel amenities.
