Har været her sidste år, og personalet er perfekt venligt. Dette år er anderledes end det foregående år, og jeg kan virkelig ikke lide, hvordan receptionisten underholder os. Administratoren skal tage sig af vinduerne. Det ser ud til, at der ikke bliver taget hånd om vinduerne. Maden er den samme. Super lækkert og har masser at byde på. Bliv ved med det her.

great hotel. super clean room. clean toilet and towels. excellent staff- she lets me check in early because im a solo female traveller. bed is so comfortable. my room got amazing view. safe location for a solo female traveller. 8min walk to bugis station. i stayed here to attend jhope concert. the mrt trip to stadium was around 15mins. got lots of halal food nearby- right besides the hotel. will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel price can accept. Near to city and MRT. Walk no far also near to shopping mall. Recommend

My friend and I had a great time staying at Village Hotel Bugis. We wanted to soak in the Ramadan vibe and there’s no better way to do it than staying in this hotel. Excellent location, accessible to many amenities and places of interest. We got an executive room so it has a nice view of the shophouses, the iconic Sultan Mosque and the skyscrapers buildings at the background. We appreciate that the room was squeaky clean and most importantly, bed was super comfy. Sure to return, as this wasn’t our first stay anyway.

Overall good as we have a nice ramadan moment at nearby location. Good food & good location just walkable distance to Sultan Mosque to perform Taraweeh pray.

We booked superior room but was upgraded to deluxe room as there is no more room with bathtub again. Room is clean and location is good

I'm disappointed with my stay this time. Been here a few times but this time is the worst. First room has TV which cannot work properly. I asked for change of room. Even after the techinician came, nothing improved. TV in the second room was alright but the toilet has urine smell. I used the bidet spray to clean the shower area but still urine smell was there. So it must be in the toilet bowl area and the floor below the sink. Time was already wasted since check in. I could not even get my rest. Then when i want to rest on the bed, there was stain on the pillow case. I called hsekeeping and reception, no one answered Only thing is good is Breakfast.

We stayed for a night for NYE. Good a room facing the fireworks. Location is good with plenty of shopping, cafes and restaurants. Gym was ok. Only one treadmill. The water tank was empty and I called the receptionist thrice to top up the water but no one came....

Rooms furnitures are too old.

The hotel room was nice and spacious. Location is perfect for a walk, shopping and many other amenities. There are many varieties of food. We had an enjoyable stay at Village Hotel Bugis.

The hotel stay was very nice and pleasant. We had a really relaxing stay. The  cleanliness of the room was great and their staffs were friendly and welcoming. What I like the most was the location of the hotel as it was very convenient and accessible to popular tourist spot and cafes. The view from the room our room was nice as it overlook the city area. Will definitely come back again.

It was an old but well managed hotel. Like most American hotels, there are few lights and it is quite dark at night. The location is close to the train station, buses, and tourist attractions, so I think it is a well-located hotel.

Oh well Me and my hubby have a very awesome stay the surprise decoration for the birthday celebration and the service that I got from the staff were tremendously nice with the complimentary birthday cake .Thank you so much for the services credit to the staff Shobana and Dina

Nice place and very near arab street and masjid sultan, especially for muslim traveller
