Everything was great but tv is not a smart tv hence not practical and few weeks before my stay i email them regarding special request and it hasnt been replied up till today. Overseas hotel i emailed them within 2 days i got the reply and it was a great service they provide. But here the staff was friendly thru out my stay and know what their job is . Breakfast was good too. The fish curry for prata it has weird taste but the prata was awesomeee.

Fantastic customer service. All staffs were friendly and approachable. The room is spacious and clean. Booked the room for my relative for a holiday in Singapore. Perfect choice!

Strategic location, close to eateries and shopping malls with MRT. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. However there were scraps on the washing basin, and the button of flushing in the toilet was tight. Be reminded that there were direct buses along orchard road to the T4 of the airport.

Stayed for a night. We did not have the breakfast but the restaurant seem popular. Room was good.

The room is comfy and great but don’t like the checkout process. Because they keep the deposit 200SGD so I don’t have any evidence that they will cancel and return it back. Furthermore, the service of using chromecast also keep extra 100SGD, too. I don’t have any evidence from them. If the CEO or any staff of the hotel have seen this, please contact me and explain. It is easy for everyone, but it is not secure and seems not fair for me.

Walking distance from orchard mrt, near shaw, oppo FEP. Room is clean and tidy, necessary amenities are available. No complains.

Everything went smoothly during check-in and check-out, but I had a disappointing experience with the concierge service. I entrusted them with my belongings for a short time, and unfortunately, they dropped my laptop, which ended up bent. What’s worse, they didn’t inform me at all, they just acted as if nothing had happened. While I’m not expecting compensation, I believe the least they could have done was acknowledge the incident. Additionally, I sent two emails regarding a card holder I accidentally left in the safe, but I’ve yet to receive any response. The lack of communication is quite unprofessional and disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

The check-in queue is among the worst ii have ever experience. There is no improvements at all. The advantage is the strategic location for shoppee mongers but the disadvantages is the long queue to check-in.😏

Good location, large room and great room service. We requested for cutlery as the food delivery we ordered didnt come with cutlery, and was served with both cutlery, plates and serviette. Great breakfast buffet and variety as well.

Decorartion at the main entrance is a bit old fashioned and breakfast choices and quality can be improved a bit. Overall the price and quality are balanced.
