A very good and strategically located hotel, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. There are 3 different MRT stations nearby, with bus stop in front of the hotel, and a 7-11 next to the hotel. Staffs are helpful and amiable too. We will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

So good🤩by far the best hospitality. Good, well trained and mentality positive healthy staff, as a in house guest feel very good for the stay. So far only this place can saved singapore hospitality stay. The front desk who check me in are kind, cute and very respectful to guest. Unlike those got good review place but when you go there full of sarcasm like you owe them a living trying to make guest feel bad and full of hate and scheme to make you feel unwelcome. This place really saved back singapore reputation. This stay make me realize why certain hotel close down and yet here can open for more than a decade. Keep it up, and i am so grateful for the normal and mentality healthy staff

Good location, lots of food outlets nearby. The pool was not interesting, look Old.

Convenient central location with great access to great food. Nice stroll around the area. Nice comfy big room with great room amenities.

It was good and fun and housekeeping service. Fhe only down is that whenever i try to call the front desk they never pick up the phone.

I have been staying in this hotel so many times when I visit Singapore bcz of their good service and friendliness but this trip was horrible experience with the check-in reception. I requested for an early check-in and upon arrival I was told I can only have my room after 3 pm. After insisting and bad argument, the duty manager remarked that I can leave my baggage at the hotel and come back later for my room. As I was tired after a 17 hours flight, both the reception lady and the duty manager seemed unemphatic to my situation. I requested that I want to rest at their ground floor bar lounge area and they were hesitant to my request. I do not know how they put such duty manager on duty without consideration to guest's request and make it an exception? Should I return to stay at this hotel again for my future trips? No way!

Overall a good stay. 1.Very convenient to walk to 2 MRT train stations. 2.Foodcourt is just across the street. 3.The room is too cold though we adjusted air-cond temperature.
