visited the hotel and first thing: got served by a check-in staff who took quite a while to process my check-in (as they were chatting amongst themselves) and though it was my birthday; there was no special or anything (but this is on me and i should not expect it, so i understand) the person who checked us in did not manage to check in properly, leading to someone else entering our room with the same key afterwards. we went down to investigate but thankfully joel, the manager was really professional and managed to provide us w some compensation for the matter, would like to thank him for that. the place was convenient and just 1-2 mins away from novena mrt. only downside was that i felt that the staff there could have better service, felt that most of them did not showcase genuine service. in addition, there were 3 times where there were issues with our key, and we had to go down to the recep to reload it which was really inconvenient. pool was also really cold.
