Great location — I later realized there’s actually an exit of Outram Park MRT just a few steps away, which was very convenient. The pool was a highlight — really comfortable and perfect for sunbathing. The only downside was that there were no towels provided by the pool. The room was spacious and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. One issue was the TV casting function — I tried several times but couldn’t get it to work. Still, overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely consider coming back.

The location is excellent. It’s directly connected to the MRT station with a lift (great for strollers), covered so you won’t get wet, and the entrance is right beside the hotel. It’s just one stop away from HarbourFront, which is where you need to go if you’re heading to Universal Studios. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t in service when we were there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the buffet or any meals at the hotel. There is no convenience store next to the hotel, but Chinatown is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away.

Quick check in and room is clean and tidy. Don’t know where the swimming pool is, unclear instruction.

I had an amazing stay at Dorsett Hotel Singapore! The Splash Room with its huge bathtub was a true highlight—such a luxurious and relaxing experience. The hospitality from the hotel crew Mr. Rowell, Mr. Dennis & Ms. Jie Ying was impeccable; everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. I also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary Foodies Tour organized by the hotel—it was a fantastic way to explore the local culinary scene. Thank you to everyone at Dorsett for making my stay so memorable and delightful experience!

My go-to hotel for our business travellers. Nearby our office at Keong Saik Road. The team enjoyed their stay here!

Bad experience when I book for the room with bathtub. during check in I been told that the room is full and do a free upgrade for me, unfortunately that already spoil the mood of rest..although there is complimentary suggestions being given..but mood spoiled

The room size is big enough for two. Totally value for money especially since the hotels here are all very pricey and small. Will definitely come back when I visit next time.

I have left my special tumbler at the room and i wasnt able to retrieve it. I have informed the hotel and apparently there is a laziness in locating the said tumbler.. its very disappointing

Amenities are old with most of equipment in the gym being extremely rusty and no smart tv in rooms. Overall a decent stay!

A very well maintained hotel. Spacious room and strategic location for traveling by MRT or bus. A walking distance to SGH and People's Park.

Great location right by china town, clean room with tall ceilings. Freebies like teabags, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Our double bed was two singles under one sheet.
