Stayed at Dorsett for a night! Managed to get super good deal via Trip. The hotel is located conveniently to train station and there are many food places nearby...

The price is okay for a one night stay around central Singapore. There are also quite a lot of food options nearby that you can choose from

Celebrated our daughter’s sweet 16th birthday recently at Dorsett SG on 02-Jun! Excellent location, just directly above the Outram MRT, and walking distance to all amenities and delicious food. Thank you to the hotel colleague whom arranged for a later check out request for us ❤️Two comments for improvement: some of the areas around the room needs some minor renovations or touch up, and breakfast could have a wider spread and quality. Hope to be back soon.

Staff is nice and polite. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. As I come to SG for concern, so the location is good to get to national stadium and airport.

Stayed for two weeks and overall it was pretty good for family travel. The location is really convenient next by Outram, and house cleaning was available every day. Wifi is fast enough even in lobby. On seventh floor, there is a balcony to overlook the shop houses. (Pic attached) Durian shop 99 old tree is right by the corner quite convenient to have before 10 PM  The room is AC had some issue but got fixed next day.

Very convenient hotel with a build-in exit with lift in the station. However, there are 5-6 step of stairs after using the lift. Service is very good and they provided late check-out till 12pm for us. Our room is very big but the toilet is quite small with questionable design of the toilet doors. The exhaust fan didn't turn on for some reason. One thing is that you can literally hear your neighbor showering and talking in the corridor. The swimming pool is ok with bathrobe provided in the room.

Location was awesome cause it's literally 1 min walk from the station and there's so many cafes within walking distance. Didn't like the layout of the toilet cause they use sliding door to close from both sides - the entrance and the outside cupboard but the doors can't be fully closed and it leaves a gap in between the sliding door. The toilet also has a stench. Called room service to get some toiletries to be sent to the room. Had to call until 3 times to get the item when they already said they will send it over during the first call.

Good location. Thou refurbished, some of the furniture still look worn, also the TV have no basic smart function like netflix or youtube. But the aircon is cooling and bed is comfy and soft. If they can chanfe the TV to a tv that can chrome cast/have nefltflix or youribe funtion, that will be good.

Great location — I later realized there’s actually an exit of Outram Park MRT just a few steps away, which was very convenient. The pool was a highlight — really comfortable and perfect for sunbathing. The only downside was that there were no towels provided by the pool. The room was spacious and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. One issue was the TV casting function — I tried several times but couldn’t get it to work. Still, overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely consider coming back.

Booked connecting room but the room unable to open the door..once open the connecting door it totally block the entrance and very limited space , room with dirty carpet smell, door bell broken, dark lighting, itchy body after lying the bed, very bad experience won’t come back again, front counter staff trying to change room for me but I don’t have confident with it anymore somemore out of connecting room..what to do…only direct change hotel in the midnight with small infant

The location is excellent. It’s directly connected to the MRT station with a lift (great for strollers), covered so you won’t get wet, and the entrance is right beside the hotel. It’s just one stop away from HarbourFront, which is where you need to go if you’re heading to Universal Studios. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t in service when we were there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the buffet or any meals at the hotel. There is no convenience store next to the hotel, but Chinatown is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away.
