great experience! First of all, had a free upgrade to a Premier room. So huge thanks for that! Went with my partner and had a good rest! Room is beautiful! Although it's rather small, the layout of the room is good enough for it to not matter. One downside is that there was only one chair, which prompted us to move the table by the tv nearer to the bed so that both of us had a seat whilst eating. You can get nespresso in the morning which doesnt add on to your bill and a mini 'fridge' to keep your cold items chilled! Service was great too! Had in-room dining in the morning where we ordered the chef's brekkie. Took me a while to figure out how to call the front desk but when I did, everything else was seemless. However, the food we got didnt really live up to the price. Location-wise, the hotel is near where you wanna go for a good shopping day. However, heading up the hill to get to the hotel is somewhat annoying. It wasnt as accessible as I hoped it to be. Best to drive to the hotel rather than public transport because you'd have to walk a distance and up a hill to get there.

Book this hotel for the purpose that it is near the hospital, Mount Elizabeth. Which is walking distance and very very convenient. The room is so big and spacious.

the room is very clean , I really like the smell of the shower room amenities . Thank you for giving us great memories on our anniversary day . I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.

Location is near to Orchard, about 10-15mins walk. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, there’s a pantry that has drinks and snacks 24H, which is great if you feel like having some middle of the night.

Located near the Orchard shopping belt, about 8 mins walk from Paragon. A slight hilly walk so advised to not lug your luggage on foot. Room is spacious and has iron and its board. Slippers and ample pillows. Hotel in general has a rather aged feel but it looks and feels clean enough. Staff members are amazing with every one encountered, ready to assist happily. No bottled water provided due to hotel's sustainability practice.

8/10 exp with Vibe, staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking up the hill was hard but quite fun. Really enjoy the trip thank you 🙏🏻

My second stay in this hotel. Clean and impeccable service. Very quaint and walkable to paragon and Far East Plaza if u cut across York hotel. Will return again!

Room is bigger than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in Singapore. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I requested for an early check in and luckily the room was already available. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
