Overall, I have no complaints about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable beds. The staff, including Chris and Mani, are friendly and helpful. It is a plus point that they provide water coolers on each floor's corridor. Despite being an old hotel, it is well-maintained. The location is near Bugis and CT Hall, which is another plus point. Would I stay here again? Absolutely YES!

It is a very old hotel and they didn't upgrade their amenities. The room was big but the toilet sucks and has a sewerage smell. The biggest put off was, the 4th level is rented out to a childcare centre and the hotel pool was used for swimming lessons for the kids! The pool being so small already was filled with 2 groups of kids so what is left for the hotel guests? Me and my kid left the pool after 15mins. Boy was I glad it was only a 1 night's stay! With $60 difference, I would have booked the other hotel 100m away with an infinity pool!

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Queen Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and quality during their stay in Singapore. Highly recommended!

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we arrived at 10:00 am after a long journey and a room was arranged for us within half hour. Hotel is clean and spacious, breakfast buffet is good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

A soso Hotel, located in a quite area, just stay over a night for a buss trip. BTW, Arab Street is very Interesting.

Stayed 3 nights and am very happy with the room I was allocated. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and everyone is so smiley and helpful. Hotel is one of those older hotels but is maintained quite well. Location was truly superb as it is literally a stone throw away from an MRT station. Room is a good size with all required necessities available. Only mar is a black smudge on the white comforter. And a water dispenser is available on the floor. All in all, very pleased with the hotel and will sure to be back for my next trip.

The check-in service was very smooth and efficient .I rang the front desk because there was a problem with the room safe, it was fixed immediately.The staff are all very helpful. 

Stayed here for 3 nights. This is always my go to hotel if we are in singapore for concert as the hotel is just next to bras basah mrt station which is just 4 station away from stadium station. The hotel is located at a quiet area of bugis so we get to have a good night rest and at the same time walking distance to bugis junction and nearby.
