We arrived early around 2:45pm and the nice lady at the reception accomodated us nicely however the room wasn't ready so we had been given the keycard holder and told us to comeback at 3pm to collect the key as for sure the room will be ready at that time coz she expidited the preparation. We grab lunch around the area and cameback at 3:12pm and the horrible service started. The guy receptionist informed us to wait for 5 mins for he needs to check the room of its ready, we waited for more than 10 mins. Only to be told the room assigned has airconditooning problem so he had to change other rooms. Finally we got our keys and went up. Booked a superior room but the room I was given did not look anything like what I had originally paid for — no bathtub as advertised and the space was small. I came downn to the receptionist and was told that it was a free upgrade which they did not inform us earlier. So Insisted to have a room with bath tub and we had to go up and down to choose the room.(bathtub was rusty so wnd ip not using it). Another horrible thing is the operator. I called to order water bottle as they dont provide water btl anymore as other hotels still do, but the water did not arrived, I waited for an hour and I have to go out again to find staff that can help me get water. There was no bathrub in the room so I called again the operator to request coz I needed it to go to the swimming pool, tried 3 times before someone answered and again I waited very long for the bathrub to arrived. The staff did not the inform us that the room we had chosen is right next to the construction area just right outside our window which we only found out early morning around 7am with all the noise outside. During check out I feedback the noise to the manger but instead of getting apology the manager even told us that we should have known about the noise as it is stated on the website. Honestly I did not know because I book through trip.com. which it wasnt stated, however atleast they should have inform us and should have chosen the first room they have assigned. Our staycation turned out horror and instead of getting relaxed we only got stressed. Worst service ever, worst manager handling feedbacks and complains.

Biggest advantage of this hotel is that it located at Orchard road, which is quite convenient.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Rendezvous hotel! Friendly staffs and our accommodation was roomy, clean with a tiny balcony facing the pool area. They have a wonderful pool area as well. Except for the rowing machine, the gym's facilities are well-maintained. Rendevouz Hotel is conveniently located next to Forum Mall in Orchard, and Watsons is a quick stop for toiletries and other necessities. A 24-hour Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf shop is also located next to the hotel. It takes about 10-14 minutes to walk to Orchard MRT station. There are various culinary alternatives in the region, ranging from cafes to restaurants. Overall, it’s such a pleasant experience for us ☺️

Very friendly especially front desk… in town and very easy to go anywhere by public transport..

It’s located off Orchard Road near the Hard Rock Cafe. You can easily walked to the Orchard MRT in about 10 mins where most of the major shopping malls are there too. There was only one receptionist at the counter when i arrived and I had to wait for awhile before another receptionist came to assist me with my check in. I booked a superior which I learnt from the receptionist that it was not upgraded. But he was kind enough to upgrade me to the deluxe room which was renovated and came with some drinks in the fridge. The corner room which I was given is of very decent size and is pretty nice, clean and functional.  The room came with USB charging ports too. Toilet was pretty big but no bathtub. Will definitely come again if the price is still as attractive.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the common areas were tidy and inviting. While some parts of the property could use a little update, the service and atmosphere made up for it. Would recommend for travelers looking for comfort and good value.

Spent the weekend here celebrating my bestfriends birthdays! Enjoyed our stay

Initially gave a me a 2 single bed room when i requested for a queen size bed. I went to ask service counter if i could get a change of bedrooms and service staff was really nice about it and help me to upgrade to a much bigger room due to availability. Really appreciate the good service from service staff and enjoyed the stay! 😁

The TV wasn't working at night. Nor was the remote control working properly. I still enjoyed my stay nevertheless!

Overall i accept the place and they do per our request. It’s the best location in town as it’s surrounded with famous mall and good foods.
