Great location with easy access to both MRT and bus. The hotel is in City hall area and close to a lot of popular location, it took us only 10 minutes for walking to Clark Quay. Club lounge food is really nice, all menus are delicious. All staff we met are all friendly and also provided great service. I would stay here again when come to Singapore.

Booked back the club room again. Our package came with a late check out and the person who served us( Allysha, if I rem correctly) was very nice and told us about this package and even told us we can still enjoy the club benefits etc. I rem the previous time when we came we were only given the standard check out time. Not sure why…… anyway we still enjoy our stay with the services provided at the club lounge by iwan, he is very attentive and will go around topping up the drinks. I like It that they always change their menu. Will come back again!

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Very convenient, heaps of shops and restaurants around and close to subway station too.

Decent and spacious room but can see the wear and tear. Pool looks nice but a tad small. Lounge offerings quite average.

Beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Room are clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming especially Allysha and Jia En. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the Iounge. Highly Recommended!

Very good experience as the staff were really friendly and helpful. The lounge access benefit was not bad as our room was at the same level as the lounge. Very convenient especially for families.

Hotel has an excellent location, and the room is very clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be that the design of the shower area is flawed - the water overflows easily and floods into the entire main bathroom. Although the Crystal Club Lounge did not offer a huge variety of food, I liked that the desserts were quite unique, instead of just being the usual generic cakes/tarts. Service rendered by the staff was excellent - would like to commend Gladys in particular for always being so friendly, attentive and helpful.

Great location, close to many shops and City Hall MRT. Rooms are nice and clean, although the pillows are the worst I’ve ever slept on and gave me neck ache! I had to ask for the softer pillows which were then brought to my room. Breakfast was pretty decent and was laid over the bar area. I would put this in a high 4* rather than 5*!
