I was dissapointed of my stay there. I got a FREE UPGRADE of a room, the corner unit on the 4th Floor that doesn't allow me to think and act clearly. I believe I was mapped by the Room Structure. I called Reception, by the Name of Siti to relay the problem. She mention that there wasn't any room available according to my suitability. In the end, I only stayed for 1 and a half hours, instead of a full-night stay there. I left the hotel in a hasty, frustrated on the inflexibility of such an arrangement there. Are they try to monetize on me for being a regular stayer? I also did check-out 2 days earlier for the lack of compassion and rigidness of my previoud stay there. Is Nuve Management Group that bad? Are they try to CON money from hard-working Singapore Citizens? Are they Foreigners on a work-based basis, for the thought of scouring money just like that? Management, please wake up to your senses. Offer me the FULL REFUND or else risk the hotel close down.
