We stayed in a hotel room not an apartment. Room is quite small. Has a standing shower, mini fridge, tv, ironing board, hair dryer and electric kettle. There is a swimming pool, a fitness center,a launderette, a kitchenette and study/working/relaxing area on lobby level. Mrt stations are within a 10-15min walk. Walking distance to Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, hawker centre, lots of pubs, eating places and convenience stores. But on weekends and public holidays all the nearby restaurants, cafes and stores are closed. We stayed there because it's pet friendly. The room was not very clean. The floor felt damp & sticky and the quilt cover had stains.And there was too much banging and slamming noises (probably from closing doors and housekeeping) which made my puppy very jittery.Basic toiletries and bath towels were provided, but no bottled water. There is a water cooler near the lifts. Overall is good though not excellent.The walk to BQ and CQ is good but do remember to bring your brolly.

The room smelled damp but overall ok! the location is great, the building, pool and roof gardens are great!

The hotel is in a really convenient location, only a few minutes from the metro, coffee shops and restaurants, whilst also being a short walk from the bay and gardens. The amenities are very good, there's a gym and a running track, laundry and plenty of working space in the lobby too. We stayed in the loft apartment which was beautiful and well equipped, and it was great to be able to have the balcony door open in the evening for air. I wish there was more privacy though, as there's no screen or fence between you and the rooms next door, so we didn't want to spend much time out there. The service is a bit hit and miss however, with some receptionists being super friendly and others rude and uninterested. Despite coming to our room twice in the week the housekeeper didn't replace our empty soap or change the sheets. They let us keep our bags with them before and after checkout so we could explore the city, which was super helpful. Overall, an ok experience.

Hotel is very clean just that it is quite inconvenient as the lobby is not located at level 1. We have to change 2 lifts to be able to get to our room.

Great location. 5 mins walk to the MRT station. Staff are friendly. Pool is large. The garden on 17/F and 51/F are probably the most underrated spot - definitely worth visiting.

Rather good location for work in CBD and with nearby MRT station.

Superb location. Serviced apartment type. Breakfast is only soso though.
