The hotel experience was pleasant overall. The service stood out — staff were friendly, attentive, and professional from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping was consistent, and any requests (like extra towels or room items) were handled quickly and with a smile. Not my first stay and I'll be back again. I'm a big fan of the groovy rooms and the clever layout which is perfect for a get-up-and-go traveler like me. The rooms are compact, but the 10th floor makes it great to hang out in the hotel outside your room. A full gym and a great little pool next to the restaurant are super. The restaurant there has drink specials every night to take some of the sting out of Singapore's high prices (what can I say, the economy is hot). The menu selection has tons of heart-healthy options that are really tasty at a reasonable price. And the staff are brilliant! The exceptional service under the leadership of Matthew and his team, especially Selvan (superstar!) and Sheen Ying and more not only made me want to hang out there to work and have most of my meals but also to host events there. They're always on their game, full of smiles and happy to chat when they have a moment. It's well worth getting to know them. Love it - I've already booked my next stay (for SuperAI).

Great location just some steps from the Orchard Road MRT. The room had a great view, was very clean and a modern interior. I will definitely come back. The attached photo shows the great view from the shower.

Hotel location was superb, stone throw away from the busy orchard area. Although the room is small but overall vibe was good and cosy. Comfy bed and adjustable 👍👍👍

The location is super convenient closed to everything from shopping, eating and MRT. The room is compact but very comfortable with most of everything you will need during your stay here. I really love the electric adjustable bed, super comfy. I can work and sleep in the bed. Bathroom and toilet also nice, spacious enough with set of amenities. Its glass wall shows the beautiful Singapore city view and allows sunlight into the room which perfect when dress up and doing makeup in the morning. One thing that can be improved for the room amenities if can add some cotton pads and buds in the set as well.

Superb cleanliness. Practical choice for me and my boyfriend. Super fast auto check-in but you can count on their assistance if you need anything during check-in. Confortable, modern and everything we could ask for our short getaway. 5 minuts away from the Metro station.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Celebrated a friends birthday here & Yotel came through with sweet treats! Amazing service, room was clean & simple. Highly recommended!
