Good service, gave us a cake when I mentioned it’s my friend’s birthday.

Great hotel, it is clean and well furnished with comfortable furnitures. Some issue with connecting doors that allow noise from next room to come through early in the morning. Also we asked for wine glasses and champagne glasses, it takes an hour to come in.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the concierge staff who directed us to the lobby. At the check in counter, Airi assisted us with the process and upgraded us to heritage view which made us feel so spoilt. The pool was quiet and my kids had a blast. Rooms were extremely clean like it was a newly open hotel! Really impressed by this! The only downside was there was no bidet in the toilet. And things to note if you’re visiting on a Sunday the shops at the connecting malls closes rather early at about 7-8pm.

Hotel did not have phone charging cables for loan and told us to leave our phones at the reception for charging, surprised that a 5 star hotel could not accommodate such a simple request.

Hotel was located at CBD, just above the MRT, super convenient! Hotel was clean and room is also very nice and spacious!

The maintenance of this supposed 5-star hotel is quite poor; just take a glance at the furniture in their lobby, and you’ll see what I mean. I’m extremely disappointed by their service. Despite requesting payment at the counter, they failed to follow through even after three emails confirming the arrangement prior to my stay. It’s definitely not worth the price we paid. I have no intention of returning to stay here again.

Very good location just outside Tanjong Pagar MRT. The room is big and matress pillow very nice. The breakfast has many selection from continental to asian. The minus point is that after the 1st night, they took all dressing gowns away and didnt give more slippers even if there were none anymore.

High quailty of dinner buffet on the first day of CNY. All the foods were delicious! The waiters were very polite, nice and helpful!

Good location with mrt and shopping mall next to it. Many restaurants choices. Breakfast buffet is nice.
