Our stay was great! The location was incredibly convenient, with the Sultan Mosque, numerous restaurants, and souvenir shops just a short walk away. The Bugis subway station is also nearby ~10 min walk, making it easy to explore the city. We booked a loft with a balcony, which was enough space for two people. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the AC was a lifesaver given Singapore's hot climate. While we didn't use the balcony as much as we'd hoped due to the heat, it was a nice touch. The staff was outstanding! Shannen, Andrew, and Jarwin deserve special recognition for their helpfulness, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Communication with the hotel was excellent. All interactions happened through WhatsApp, with clear instructions provided before check-in. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The free laundry service was a pleasant bonus, and being able to leave our luggage until 6 PM on our departure day was incredibly convenient.

Nice area Arab street. 10 minutes walk to the metro. Digital check-in can be a bit challenging but the communcation with Andrew, Ryan and Shannen makes it easier. Room very small but functional. The laundry option is a plus! :)

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in assisting you with digital check in. THUMB UP!

Great value for money in a nice neighbourhood and despite having a room with no windows, I enjoyed my stay. Would prefer a normal key card instead the hustle with the app.

Pretty good stay. Now value Heritage Collections over similar type hotels like ST Signature. Always near to major attractions, eateries and convenient for me to go for meetings. Only issue for this is the lack of a suitable chair in the room to work. But they did try to look for one, and it kind of fitted into the tight space. Other than that, their staff are very responsive with my requests and concerns. Would stay at their outlets again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Was assisted by Anna and Jarwin, they were such a great help, from assisting us with the check in codes etc, daily follow ups on further assistance (with great care and details). And I left my stuff in the hotel after the check out, they promptly contacted me to info to retrieve. Room is super clean and comfy. As good as the pictures shown. Location is super close to everything. Will definitely come again to stay here or check out on the other Heritage collection locations. Overall super satisfied with the stay here, in terms of location, space, assistance. Ow ya they have laundry and also dryer facilities as well!!!!

The service offered by this hotel management is immaculate; they open a line of communication via WhatsApp a day before check-in to drop a set of instructions. As the staff work a set of hours, they also check-in with you every morning and evening to ensure everything is smooth. For me, communication ceased the evening before the end of my stay to remind me of the check-out time. As this hotel is digital, everything is communicated via mobile except for special circumstances such as dropping off your luggage only then will you meet a staff. The room is compact with a comfortable bed and packed with the basics: hairdryer, iron, iron board. There’s also a mini kitchenette in the form of a multipurpose hot pot that allows you to cook but I wouldn’t recommend considering the windows were locked. Kitchen and dining necessities were also available in the room. However the one drawback is the poor soundproofing. I can literally hear every time my neighbour clears his throat, and whenever he rummages through the drawers and hangers. The hotel offers free laundry service, however the washing machines were right outside my room so I am aware every time it’s in use. As the location is near a mosque, it’s understandable to hear prayers albeit a short duration of time. The streets are relatively quiet day in and night out. But the main nemesis is the dance studio right next door so there will be loud music pounding on the walls in the evenings. You can even hear the instructor loud and clear. The first night lasted for an hour, whereas on the second night the class went on from 7:30-10pm with the same music on repeat. The hotel offers sound plugs upon request.

Great location. The hotel is located at Arab street with us very close to the Sultan Mosque and lots of nice restaurants around. It’s around 10-12 mins walk to Bugis. The client service texted me the day before I checked in. Their response time is fast and helpful. The unit is clean and cosy

Cozy and well equipped with cooking equipments and utensils. There are also self service machines and laundry detergent for laundry along the common walkway. Do note that toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided.

Convenient location, very well equipped room though quite small in size. The e-concierge was superb in meeting our requests as well. Well deserved 5* from us!

We had a pleasant 4 nights here. Did not know it was a digital hotel initially and was bummed we had to reuse our towels throughout our stay but turns out they provided self-service laundry services which was very much appreciated! The utensils provided in our kitchen was also ample for whipping up a simple meal. We got to have a mini hotpot dinner with their induction cooker😋 Despite it being reception-less, I was impressed with their tele service over WhatsApp where they would attend to your needs with a simple drop of message. Shout out to John, Casta, Rizza & Ryan for attending to us throughout my stay. Definitely provided the 9 stars experience! Will come back again 👍🏼

It's a fantastic hotel. This particular accommodation type is ideal for solo travelers. The hotel's location is excellent; there are lots of eateries around, and public transportation is easily accessible.
