Upgraded from studio to one bedroom. Everything was perfect from room to amenity to room view. Downside is no complimentary parking and 2 front desk which took longer time for check in/out

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel was situated nearby 2 MRT stations, which made traveling around really convenient. The room was clean and spacious. The staffs were also nice and attentive. The only downside was that there was no bathtub. However, overall it was a really pleasant stay and I would return again.

The hotel location is good (just a few minutes walk to Lau Ba sha food center, and China Town). You can easily get to Marina Bay Sands, Quay, shopping mall, etc. by a few minutes grab drive. They also have self service laundry. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with acceptable price.

Definitely a great location to find basically all the main places for sightseeing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a solo traveler. This might be the first hotel that made me feel awkward about traveling alone. Got a whole third degree from the receptionist about why I’d travel alone. Awkward jokes about dying,totally unnecessary. Outside of that the breakfast wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. Depending on what time you go to breakfast there could be little to almost nothing left. If you got early and when it’s less busy you’re good. The watermelon always looked off but tasted okay. Could possibly improve this area. I’m also not too impressed by the fact that my deposit could take about a month to be returned to me since I used a debit card. So here’s to hoping that comes through.

Towel and bedsheets are old, my comfort cover has a big hole, the towels were ripped on the edges. Service is so so, breakfast has minimal choicre only, food is so so.

Location was good, easy access to food options downtown. Service of hotel staff could be improved as on more than one occasion, staff appeared unfriendly and clueless.

The hotel was totally comfortable. I enjoyed the window in the bathroom a lot. However because of that the rest of the room has no daylight which was a minus.

Room was very clean and spacious for a birthday gathering with friends. Concierge team was very kind to deliver grabfood orders to our doorstep. Beds were also comfortable and overall a great stay here!

Honestly the best stay I’ve had in the longest time.It was my son’s birthday and I had a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom instead and it was amazing.Super clean and spacious and we had the best time.The view was amazing cause it was facing the sea.Thank you to the staffs for being so accommodating and welcoming.We received a complimentary cake too.I look forward to coming back here again.A great staycay!

the location and configuration for the two bedrooms suite are perfect for families, and the washer and drier are perfect for travel. Apart from the staff for check in wasnt too friendly and she took awhile for some simply check in procedure, she didnt even mention where for breakfast and any facilities that we could use, the hospitality could done better
