I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the poor hygiene standards. The room was dusty, with visible grime on the surfaces and a musty odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom was the worst part; the shower had mold in the corners, and there were stains on the towels that looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. The bedding didn’t feel fresh, and I even found a hair on the pillow that clearly didn’t belong to me. It was evident that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff was incredibly annoying. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, they knocked several times early in the morning, waking me up unnecessarily. When they finally did come in to clean, they were loud and seemed to be rushing through the job, which likely contributed to the lack of cleanliness in the first place. I do not recommend staying here if you value cleanliness and your peace and quiet.

No floor mat given. Have informed and got response, however floor mat did not arrive. Had to use towel as one.

Location is good, it’s nearby the mrt station too. Lots of food around the area.

The app errored when we try to do the online check-in, twice the app logged itself out when we've already checked ourselves in. Although, MRT station is just in front of the hotel, many chinese and indian food available near us.

Stay was pleasant and nice. Enjoyed our stay overall! Will recommend to other travellers!

Got a lv3 room again this time but it was a little noisy at night as ours room is located in the middle of the deck area.Overall room is nice n clean,toilet is a little squeezy.

Next to MTR station. Very convenient for overnight stay in Singapore. Clean and comfortable

App self check in was bad, amenities were less than basic (no water nor toothbrush), cheap but can get better hotels at this price.

Very tiny but to be expected. No window, no toothbrush or toothpaste. Have hair/body soap. Cute design and layout but in my opinion the bed is very high which is a bit dangerous for those who may have slight mobility issues. Luckily we are young ish and agile and can skip rungs on the ladder. The ledge above the door, right under the Aircon, is right at the foot of the bed and a bit dusty and unsightly to be so close to us. TV can be maneuvered to view from the bed or downstairs. Would be good if there was a small (non dusty) ledge near the bed to put phone/specs etc. Location have lots of Indian food, 7/11 around so convenient. Overall an interesting and fun place which would greatly improve with some tweaks
