The rooms was clean, luxurious and well designed. The pool was a little smaller than expected but had a nice view of Hong Lim park. The gym was surprisingly very well equipped for a hotel gym.

Had such an amazing staycay here. First of all, location was centrally-located - just a 5min walk from Chinatown MRT, in the heart of the cultural-rich Chinatown district, and just a stone's throw away from the Central Singapore attractions. Next, the hotel befits the Parkroyal prestige, with a jaw-dropping exterior facade and luxurious interior atmosphere. As a GHA Titanium member, I was upgraded to a Lifestyle Premiere Room, in addition to complimentary mini bar, late checkout at 3pm, and a welcome cake. Superb! The room was also excellent and spotless, and with a great view to boot! We had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious bath. Don't forget to relax at the pool with an amazing pool, or workout at the small but well-equipped gym. The buffet breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of both western and asian options. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Parkroyal Pickering and can't wait to return!

We were having staycation with 2 kids stayed in Urban Suite. Front desk service was great, all are helpful from check-in till check-out. Swimming pool not big but my kids have fun there. The gym is cool too with an experience coach giving out advice and guidance. Breakfast variety is a lot and the best is their coffee. Just 2 small little things to improve a. all toilet cubicle light too dim which I am not used to it b. waiter or waitress in Lime have to be more alert as my hubby found short hair & sauce stain on the cutlery near noodle section

I checked in 1.5hour earlier than official check in time but they said I had to wait till 3pm Then I went back but the room was still not ready for another 1.5 hour. It wasn’t pleasant at first because I did book their suite but the receptionist arranged a lounge card for me to wait.

Booked staycation to celebrate my hubby birthday in advance and was surprised to be given a mini cake from the hotel, thank you.

Service was great, breakfast is great and have alot of variety Swimming pool is infinity pool ^_^

Stayed at Parkroyal Pickering as a staycation over the weekend, and the place didn't disappoint. Room is spacious for downtown hotel, amenities are good and despite the number of guests, it didn't feel crowded.

Excellent hotel with superb service. If you must choose an area for improvement, probably they can procure better hair dryer with strong wind blow out.
