One of our fav getaway. Except that this time no upgrade and not so late check out. The 1st room given had issue with the flushing system, had to call someone for help twice. Imagine if each of us keep going for it. And have to call for help (while waiting, couldn't take the smell). Hahahaha but we truly like it, especially kitchenette!

There is a mall just downstair and few mins walk to MRT also big supermarket which is really convenient, the room is big and clean with modern design, since I am on business trip to airport, it's a great place to stay for sure.

it was a wonderful stay and live the way peacefulness and quietness was f the area. Definitely a good staycation.

Room was nice and spacious. Amenities onsite was great. However, room floor could be cleaner. Felt a little dusty. And we requested for extra blanket cus a pregnant lady needed extra warmth, waited 1.5hrs and eventually went down to the reception - only then the blanket arrived.

It’s such a pleasant stay with Dorsett. The room Is spacious and clean. Near to the train station and shopping mall. Very convenient. We will definitely come back again.

The check in was fast.  Near to many amenities and food choices.

The room was exceptional we manage to see some fireworks from Bedok. It is near alot of amenities and food outlet. Downside is there is no Netflix and YouTube, there is sounds from outside the window not sure what it is.

There is microwave n cooking hood if you want to do your own cooking. Also got plate , bowl, pot n wok, spoon n fork. The fridge also got 1 small freezer n a portion to put wine. Place very near ntuc too to buy food for cooking.

Happy staycay in Dorsett Changi with my friend! Both of us like the spacious room with small kitchen that convenient for us to prep food to eat. Very clean and spacious toilet too! Price is reasonable also! Will rebook again for our next staycay!!!

Booked the Splash room during a flash sale, about $360 for 3D2N. Spacious room with a kitchenette, a TV that can swivel out to face the bed (not a smart TV), and a bathtub. Room also comes with a dividing screen that can be lowered to separate the sleeping area and living area. Cleanliness can be improved (found weird stains on the sheet), but that aside, daily housekeeping was generally good. Service could be improved: housekeeping knocked on our door at 1030am to ask if we required cleaning while we were getting dressed. Would be better if they had called us instead of turning up at the door at an inconvenient time. Staff who checked us in at the front desk also did not inform us about the noise from the building’s cladding that would affect us for the duration of our stay. We called front desk at night to ask about the thumping and knocking sound coming from the window and upstairs, and was told it’s from the building cladding due to facade upgrading works. Would appreciate if we had been notified about this when we made the booking as the knocking persisted throughout our stay.

Good and clean. No issues, convenient. Would recommend for staycay.

Had a staycay with my family and check in staff was incredibly nice and polite. Downside is that there isn’t any complimentary parking which the previous management provided. Parking is per the mall’s charges. Otherwise, splash room was a fantastic size, near Changi City Point, FairPrice. Good!
