If you stay around orchard, this is place. Surrounded by shopping central.Quick asscess to many attraction place in Singapore

bathroom shower water pressure not enough, since it is a serviced apartment they are using water heater. When bathing hot water need to wait a while. No rice cooker, plates not enough for cooking but the room was big since i booked 3 bedrooms type

Awesome location, the receptionists were pleasant, the friendly and helpful house-keeping staff kept the apartment clean and nice. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay overall.

We enjoyed our 30 day stay in Orchard Point SA. It was a truly memorable trip for us. The staff were friendly and we really felt at home. Our baby also loved their Kiddie room. The location of the serviced apartment is also superb. While there were ongoing renovations, fortunately it didn’t bother us so much even when my husband was working in the room most of the time. Oh and the room is quite spacious!

The shopping mall downstairs is being renovated, and the hotel floor is also being renovated. There is basically noise every day, the corridors are full of dust, the mattress springs are coming out, and the curtains can't be closed. I told the front desk that there is no response, and the service attitude is very poor!

每次國內假期都會帶孩子到新加坡，每次都會住這裏，出門搭地鐵很方便，周邊吃飯的選擇也很多，房間面積夠大，除了老舊了點，其他都很好

서머셋 지하철역 근처라 위치가 좋고 숙박비 대비 만족도가 좋은 숙소입니다. 그리고 서비스도 괜찮은 수준이고 나름 깨끗합니다.

有一説一，房間老舊，但是能接受。目前在裝修噪音巨大所以房價便宜。地點非常好就在烏節路，房間廚房有螞蟻，空調聲音巨大。。開着沒辦法睡覺。另外打掃衞生的華人老阿姨非常傲嬌，我們要求一個小時後來打掃，就直接給你一句那我不來了。。。必須要治這些人。

這家酒店設施陳舊、裝修陳舊，除了位置好，好像沒有其他亮點了。逛街烏節路是真心方便，對面就是313，313樓下有個非常大的日本超市，壽司，魚生很新鮮，各種日本食品，應有盡有。房間有螞蟻🐜，不能放任何吃的東西。電梯等候超級慢，有些房型卧室沒有窗户，預訂之前一定和酒店確認好，給我分配的就是這個房型，第二天要求換去採光好、有窗的房型了。10樓（頂樓）窗户很小，建議住9樓，最近酒店樓下商場在裝修，白天有時候會有噪音，晚上下班停工。游泳池和健身房也很小。
