Clean and tidy , wide room ,close to the bus stop ,close to the restaurant,that's why very comfortable.

Ok for a short stay. I requested for check out a little later and it was granted. I even reminded the counter staff to put a note for the other staff for awareness so that I wouldn’t be disturbed. I also hung my “Do not disturb” sign at my door. But was very puzzled that there was still someone ringing the bell and knocking at my door twice at different intervals! Hmmm.. Oh well.. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I WILL NEVER SEE THIS HOTEL AGAIN! When we entered, the sofa bed (actually this is a folding mattress) wasn't prepared yet, I must unfolding it and put bed sheet by myself. The faucet and shower hose was leaking badly. Table was very dirty many stained on it, the closet very small it's more like a shoe cabinet. Broken towel hanger on bathroom door and rusty towel rack. The most important things for me staying at hotel is cleanliness, safety and all working bathroom (Not leaking everywhere).

Good stay for a budget friendly cost for an adventure trip in Singapore.

This is my 2nd or 3rd tim booking this hotel as the place was extremely convenient. It has a bus literally outside the hotel to tourist attractions like the Marina Bay Sands etc!

Check-in smooth and quick. Room starts getting old. No really clean compare to last time.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only setback is the aircond is not cold enough and water heater is not hot.. Bus stop right in front of hotel. The South Indian (mamak) besides the hotel serves fabulous prata.

For the price we paid, this is considered a budget and convenient stay here. The bedding and shower room are clean. A clean drinking water outlet is available without the need of bottled water.

The reception (The Filipino Lady receptionist) was so accomodating. She even go walk with us to Carpark since we don’t know it . With that attitude and effort you will see how Passionate the person is with her job. If I can give a 100 star for this Hotel then I will, please have her recognize for her WORK PERFORMANCE. I don’t know the Philippine Lady receptionist, but she make our entire stay here safe and Secure ❤️ Thank you Value Hotel Balestier

I had a great stay at Value Hotel Balestier ! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The best part was the convenience – there's a bus station right in front of the hotel, which made it super easy to get around.

I highly recommend this hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, complete amenities, and attentive staff.
